Sweter Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 15 marca 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest sweter. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w zdobieniu przedniej czesci, nadajaca swetrowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia sweter w widoku ogólnym z przodu, natomiast fig. 2 - prezentuje w zblizeniu zdobienie przedniej czesci. Sweter, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wykonany z dzianiny i wyposazony w rekawy zakonczone sciagaczem, plise wokól szyi oraz u dolu w sciagacz.Przód swetra posiada zdobienie, które stanowi rozmieszczony ponizej podciecie na rekawy dwuwarstwowy motyw plastyczny w formie poziomego pasa. Motyw ten jest rozmieszczony pomiedzy dwoma szlaczkami, przebiegajacymi powyzej i ponizej. Zewnetrzna warstwa motywu jest azurowa i utworzona z rozmieszczonych naprzemiennie oczek ukladajacych sie w forme przypominajaca plaster miodu. Tlo dla azurowej warstwy wierzchniej stanowi warstwa spodnia wykonana w odmiennym kolorze niz warstwa wierzchnia. PL PLThe design registration right for the sweater has been in effect since March 15, 2001. The design is for a sweater. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifested in the decoration of the front, giving the sweater a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the sweater in a general view from the front, while Fig. 2 shows a close-up of the decoration of the front. The sweater, in accordance with the design, is made of knit fabric and features cuffed sleeves, a pleat around the neck, and a cuff at the bottom. The front of the sweater features a decoration consisting of a two-layered plastic motif in the form of a horizontal stripe, placed below the sleeve opening. This motif is arranged between two patterns running above and below. The outer layer of the motif is openwork and composed of alternating meshes arranged in a honeycomb pattern. The background for the openwork outer layer is an underlayer in a different color than the outer layer.
