Obrus Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego obrus przeznaczony szczególnie do przykrycia stolu. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa jego postac przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest przestawiony na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1, gdzie jest uwidoczniony w stanie rozlozonym w widoku z góry. Obrus wedlug wzoru jest wykonany z wiotkiego materialu, korzystnie z tkaniny. Obrus charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w centralnej czesci ma wkomponowany kolnierz koszuli a od kolnierza ku brzegowi ma rozciecie zapinane z guzikami, jak przedstawiono na fotografii fig. 1. The design is a tablecloth intended specifically for table covering. The essence of the design is its new form, manifested in its shape and arrangement of elements, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, where it is shown unfolded in a top view. The tablecloth, according to the design, is made of a flexible material, preferably fabric. The tablecloth is characterized by a shirt collar incorporated into the central part and a slit fastened with buttons from the collar to the hem, as shown in photograph, Fig. 1.
