Sweter Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 27 stycznia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest sweter. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w zdobieniu przedniej czesci, nadajaca swetrowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia sweter w widoku ogólnym z góry, natomiast fig. 2 - prezentuje w zblizeniu zdobienie przedniej czesci swetra. Sweter, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest wykonany z dzianiny i wyposazony w rekawy zakonczone sciagaczem, plise wokól szyi oraz u dolu w sciagacz. Przednia czesc swetra posiada zdobienie, w którymtlo stanowia rozmieszczone naprzemiennie i polaczone ze soba niewielkie prostokaty. Pomiedzy nimi sa usytuowane ozdobne, wzdluzne pasy. Pasy te maja postac wypuklosci utworzonych z naddania dzianiny, przy czym ich czesc srodkowa przypomina w swej formie wydluzone na bokach i nie domkniete u dolu trójkaty. Sa one rozmieszczone jedne nad drugimi i pomiedzy wierzcholkiem jednego trójkata a wglebieniem trójkata go poprzedzajacego jest utworzone plaskie, pozbawione wypuklosci pole. Po bokach srodkowego pasa znajduja sie zmarszczenia. Zmarszczenia te przypominaja w swej formie umieszczone jedna nad druga, dochodzace do siebie i usytuowane wzdluznie stylizowane litery „z". PL PLThe design registration right for the sweater has been in effect since January 27, 2000. The design is for a sweater. The essence of the design is a new form of the item, manifested in the decoration of the front, giving the sweater a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the sweater in a general top view, while Fig. 2 shows a close-up of the decoration on the front of the sweater. The sweater, according to the design, is made of knit fabric and features cuffed sleeves, a pleat around the neck, and a cuff at the bottom. The front of the sweater features decoration, the background of which is composed of alternating and interconnected small rectangles. Decorative longitudinal stripes are placed between them. These strips are shaped like convexities created by over-stretching the knit fabric, with their central section resembling triangles, elongated on the sides and open at the bottom. They are arranged one above the other, and between the apex of one triangle and the indentation of the triangle preceding it, a flat, convex-free area is created. The sides of the central strip have pleats. These pleats resemble stylized letters "z" placed one above the other, overlapping and arranged lengthwise.
