Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest artykul odziezowy w postaci peleryny o swoistym wygladzie zmierzajacym do podniesienia walorów estetycznych. Peleryna stanowi czesc uniformu w sklad którego wchodza równiez spodnie z odpowiednim do lamówki peleryny kontrastowym lampasem. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac peleryny przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, nadajaca pelerynie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, przeznaczona do odtwarzania w produkcji i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografii, gdzie fig. 1 i fig.3 przedstawia peleryne z przodu a fig.2 z tylu. Peleryna wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest pólkloszowa dluga, ma dlugie rekawy wszyte prosto, na dole przymarszczone zakonczone odszyciem wewnatrz którego jest gumka. Przód peleryny u dolu jest prosty, zapiecie przodu jest kryte, kolnierz w postaci stójki zakonczony prosto, przy dolnej krawedzi stójki przyszyte sa dwie krótkie kloszowe pelerynki nalozone na siebie, których rozciecie z przodu tworzy kat prosty z ich krawedzia dolna, przy czym dolna pelerynka jest dluzsza od górnej a obie obszyte sa z przodu i na calym dolnym obwodzie kontrastowa lamówka. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since April 12, 2001. The design is for a clothing item in the form of a cape with a unique appearance designed to enhance its aesthetic appeal. The cape is part of a uniform, which also includes trousers with a contrasting stripe matching the cape's trim. The essence of the design is a new form of the cape, manifested in its shape and line arrangement, giving the cape a distinctive and original appearance. It is intended to be reproduced in production and for aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 show the cape from the front, and Fig. 2 from the back. The cape, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by its long, semi-flared shape, long sleeves sewn straight, gathered at the bottom, and finished with a seam with an elastic band inside. The front of the cape is straight at the bottom, the front closure is concealed, the stand-up collar ends straight, and at the lower edge of the stand-up collar are sewn two short, overlapping flared capes, the front slit forming a right angle with their lower edge. The lower cape is longer than the upper one, and both are trimmed with contrasting piping at the front and along the entire lower circumference.
