Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest artykul odziezowy w postaci peleryny o swoistym wygladzie zmierzajacym do podniesienia walorów estetycznych. Peleryna stanowi czesc uniformu w sklad którego wchodza równiez spodnie z odpowiednim do lamówki peleryny kontrastowym lampasem. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac peleryny przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, nadajaca pelerynie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, przeznaczona do odtwarzania w produkcji i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografii, gdzie fig. 1 i fig. 3 przedstawia peleryne z przodu a fig. 2 z tylu. Peleryna wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest pólkloszowa dluga, ma po bokach dwa dlugie pionowe przeciecia obszyte, przeznaczone na wysuniecie rak spod peleryny. Przód peleryny u dolu jest prosty, zapiecie przodu kryte, kolnierz w postaci stójki zakonczony prosto, z kontrastowa lamówka przy brzegu, przy dolnej krawedzi stójki przyszyta jest krótka kloszowa pelerynka której rozciecie z przodu tworzy w przyblizeniu kat prosty z jej krawedzia dolna a na jej przodzie naszyte sa symetrycznie dwa guziki, w kolorze kontrastowym do niej, na srodku przy stójce przypiety jest bialy zabot z kontrastowa lamówka . Krótka pelerynka jest w kolorze kontrastowym w stosunku do peleryny i kolnierza stójkowego. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since April 26, 2001. The design is for a clothing item in the form of a cape with a unique appearance designed to enhance its aesthetic appeal. The cape is part of a uniform, which also includes trousers with a contrasting stripe matching the cape's trim. The essence of the design is a new form of the cape, manifested in its shape and line arrangement, giving the cape a distinctive and original appearance. It is intended to be reproduced in production and for aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 show the cape from the front, and Fig. 2 from the back. The cape, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by being long and semi-flared, with two long, vertical slits trimmed on the sides, designed for extending the arms from under the cape. The front of the cape is straight at the bottom, the front closure is concealed, the stand-up collar is straight, and the hem is trimmed with contrasting piping. A short flared cape is sewn to the lower edge of the stand-up collar, the front slit forms an approximately right angle with the lower edge. Two contrasting buttons are sewn symmetrically on the front. A white button with contrasting piping is attached in the center of the stand-up collar. The short cape is contrasting in color to the cape and the stand-up collar.
