Description

The invention relates to light industry, more specifically it relates to methods for the manufacture of transformable clothing and can be used in the manufacture of transformable clothing.
 Known technical solutions for this purpose. They are described, for example, in French patents N 1120416, CL. 36/9, A 41 D 15/00, 1956 and N 1333224, cl. A 41 D 15/00, 1963.
The transformable dress-suit contains a jacket with a peplum, which can be unfastened along the waistline. In assortment: dress-suit, skirt, dress.
The disadvantage of these solutions is the limited range due to the use of only one-sided fabric. In addition, the silhouette practically does not change when using a dress or suit.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is the product described in French patent N 1333224, cl. A 41 D 15/00, 1963 [1] a suit in the form of a transformable jacket, vest and trousers. The transformation through the use of a bolero with a waistline shortened along the axillary hollows with raglan sleeves worn over the jacket is fixed on the button at the neck.
The disadvantages of the prototype are a narrow transformation, an insufficient assortment of clothing options.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the garment by increasing the options for transformation while expanding the range.
This is achieved by the fact that the selected fabric is cut into details of the back and two shelves for the vest, one-piece with sleeves of the left and right shelves for bolero. When assembling parts into the product, thread seams are used. The vest and bolero are single-breasted and provide them with fixation means. Fixing means are placed along the side, including at the neck. The fabric for clothes is double-sided. When cutting fabric into parts, additional cutting is carried out on the details of the skirt and the scarf. The length of the vest and the length of the bolero is chosen from a ratio of 1.6-1.8. These ratios provide an aesthetic perception of the product. The length of the scarf is chosen at least 2.5 times the circumference of the waist. When assembling parts into a product, the edges of both sides of the vest are curved in the form of a sinusoid. The length of the sine wave is selected from 12 to 15 cm in length. The sinusoids of the left and right sides of the vest are identical in length and are mirrored towards the tops and troughs. Loops are placed at each vertex of the right shelf. At each vertex of the left shelf there are buttons for interaction with each other when connecting the left and right shelves. The sides of the bolero are curved. The configuration of the bottom of the back is made curly. The edges of the side and sections perform relief. Means for fixing parts are placed on the lower edge of the vest and the upper edge of the skirt in increments corresponding to the step on the upper edge of the skirt. Buttons or buttons, or velcro tape, are used as means of fixation. The sides of the vest, shelves and backrest are decorated on one side with a decorative trim.
In FIG. 1 shows a product trimmed with a decorative trim; Fig.2 product when turning on the other side; figure 3 the product is trimmed with a decorative trim with an unfastened lower part; figure 4 product with a detached lower part obtained by inversion; in Fig.5 the product is converted into a kit consisting of a skirt formed by an unfastened lower part, and a bolero; in Fig.6 product obtained from the source when removing the bolero; in FIG. 7 product obtained from the original when removing the bolero and unfastening the lower part; on Fig the product is converted into a set consisting of an elongated vest and a skirt formed by an unfastened lower part; in Fig.9 the product is converted into a kit consisting of a jacket and skirt formed unfastened lower part; figure 10 product trimmed with a decorative trim on the back.
The proposed method for the manufacture of transformable clothing consists in the selection of fabric and cutting on the back and two shelves for a vest, one-piece with back sleeves and one-piece with left and right shelves for bolero. When assembling parts into the product, thread seams are used. The vest and bolero are single-breasted and equipped with fixation devices, placing them along the side, including at the neck. These signs are common to the prototype and the proposed technical solution.
The symptoms listed below are distinctive.
To perform transformable clothes, double-sided fabric is selected. When cutting fabric into parts, additional cutting is carried out on the details of the skirt and the scarf. The length of the vest and the length of the bolero are selected from a ratio of 1.6-1.8. The length of the vest and the length of the skirt are also selected from a ratio of 1.6-1.8 to ensure the subject of aesthetic perception. The length of the scarf is selected at least 2.5 times the circumference of the waist. The edges of both sides of the vest are curved in the shape of a sinusoid. The length of the sine wave is selected from 12 to 15 cm in length. The sinusoids of the left and right sides of the vest are identical in length and are mirrored towards the tops and troughs. Loops are placed at each top of the right shelf of the vest. Buttons are placed at each vertex of the left shelf of the vest for interaction with each other when connecting the shelves of the left and right vest. The sides of the bolero are curved. The configuration of the bottom of the back of the bolero is made curly. The edges of the side and sections perform relief. Fixing means are placed on the lower edge of the vest and the upper edge of the skirt in increments corresponding to the step on the upper edge of the skirt.
