Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac pólki na opakowania z przyprawami, nadana je j przez cechy konturów, ksztaltów oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja: odmiana I - fig. 1 - pólka podwójna stojaca lub wiszaca w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 - pólka podwójna stojaca lub wiszaca w widoku perspektywicznym od góiy, fig. 3 - pólka podwójna stojaca w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu; odmiana II - fig. 4 - pólka pojedyncza stojaca lub wiszaca w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Cechy istotne wspólne wzoru przemyslowego: - Przekrój podluzny kazdej z jednakowych scian bocznych pólki ma ksztalt przypominajacy trapez, którego przedni górny wierzcholek jest zaokraglony, przeciwlegly do niego kat ma okolo 90 a przedni dolny wierzcholek jest sciety; - Listwa laczaca sciany boczne pólki ma przekrój podluzny w ksztalcie przypominajacym przekrój pochylonego ku tylowi katownika L; - Listwa posiada fantazyjne poprzeczne zaglebienia, których zarys wzdluz krawedzi listwy wraz z linia tej krawedzi tworza ornament; cechy charakterystyczne jak pokazano na fig. 1 do fig. 4. Cechy odrózniajace od siebie poszczególne odmiany wzoru: Odmiana I Pólka posiada dwie, umieszczone jedna nad druga, listwy laczace sciany boczne;cechy charakterystyczne jak pokazano na fig. 1 do fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two variations in the drawing, in which the subsequent figures represent: variation I - Fig. 1 - a double standing or hanging shelf in a front perspective view; fig. 2 - a double standing or hanging shelf in a top perspective view; fig. 3 - a double standing shelf in a rear perspective view; variation II - Fig. 4 - a single standing or hanging shelf in a front perspective view. Essential common features of the industrial design: - The longitudinal cross-section of each of the identical side walls of the shelf has a shape resembling a trapezoid, the upper front tip of which is rounded, the opposite angle is approximately 90° and the lower front tip is chamfered; - The strip connecting the side walls of the shelf has a longitudinal cross-section in a shape resembling the cross-section of an L-shaped angle bracket inclined towards the rear; - The strip has fancy transverse recesses, the outline of which along the edge of the strip together with the line of this edge create an ornament; characteristic features are as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 4. Features distinguishing individual design variants from each other: Variation I The shelf has two strips connecting the side walls, placed one above the other; characteristic features are as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3.
