Zaslony dekoracyjne III Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 28.09.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa zaslony dekoracyjne - szarfy przeznaczone do pomieszczen mieszkalnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zaslon dekoracyjnych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku wedlug fig. 1 , fig.2, fig.3, fig.4 i fig.5 . Zaslony dekoracyjne na dlugosci od sufitu do podlogi wykonane sa z atlasowego materialu o róznych barwach lub z materialów laczonych o róznej strukturze. Zasadniczym elementem dekoracyjnym zaslon jest koronka azurowa J_. Motywem koronki moze byc „stokrotka", „rózyczka" lub „listek". Koronka azurowa znajduje sie zarówno w górnej jak i dolnej czesci zaslon. Górna czesc zaslon stanowi poprzeczka 2. Na calej dlugosci poprzeczki w regularnych odstepach naszyto pas 3,widoczny na rysunku jako zwisajace pólkola. Czesc wlasciwa zaslon sklada sie z dwóch jednakowych polówek. Czesc wlasciwa zaslony 4 stanowi plótno atlasowe lub zakardowe. W dolnej czesci na wysokosci 1/3 dlugosci doszyta jest falbana 5 o regularnym przymarszczeniu (jednakowe zakladki). Na przymarszczona falbane 5 naszyty jest pas 6 z podwójnego atlasu - gladki, bez przymarszczen. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany dolna czesc poprzeczki 2 posiada ksztalt sinusoidalny. Brzeg ten ozdobiony jest aplikacja koronkowa 1 o wzorze kwiatka. Pomiedzy czescia wlasciwa 4 a pasem 6 na calej dlugosci wstawiona jest azurowa koronka 1, zas dolna krawedz pasa 6 wykonczona jest wzorem 7. Wedlug drugiej odmiany dolna czesc poprzeczki 2 posiada ksztalt prostolinijny. Brzeg ten ozdobiony jest aplikacja koronkowa 1 o wzorze kwiatka. Pomiedzy czescia wlasciwa 4 a pasem 6 na calej dlugosci wstawiona jest azurowa koronka I, zas dolna krawedz pasa 6 wykonczona jest wzorem 7. PL PLDecorative Curtains III The industrial design registration right is valid from September 28, 2001. The subject of the industrial design are decorative curtains – sashes intended for residential spaces. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of decorative curtains, manifested in their shape and surface texture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The decorative curtains, extending from the ceiling to the floor, are made of satin material in various colors or from combined materials with various structures. The main decorative element of the curtains is openwork lace J_. The lace motif can be a "daisy," "rose," or "leaf." The openwork lace is featured on both the top and bottom of the curtains. The upper part of the curtains is a crosspiece 2. A strip 3 is sewn at regular intervals along the entire length of the crosspiece, visible in the drawing as hanging semicircles. The curtain body consists of two identical halves. The curtain body 4 is made of satin or jacquard canvas. A ruffle 5 with regular gathers (identical pleats) is sewn onto the lower third of the length. A strip 6 of double satin is sewn onto the gathered ruffle 5 – smooth, without gathers. According to the first variant, the lower part of the crosspiece 2 has a sinusoidal shape. This edge is decorated with a lace appliqué 1 with a floral pattern. Between the main part 4 and the strip 6, an openwork lace 1 is inserted along its entire length, while the lower edge of the strip 6 is finished with pattern 7. According to the second variant, the lower part of the crossbar 2 has a rectilinear shape. This edge is decorated with a lace appliqué 1 in a floral pattern. Between the main part 4 and the strip 6, an openwork lace I is inserted along its entire length, while the lower edge of the strip 6 is finished with pattern 7.
