Zaslony dekoracyjne Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa zaslony dekoracyjne przeznaczone do pomieszczen mieszkalnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zaslon dekoracyjnych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig.1 i fig.3 przedstawia kroje zaslon, fig.2 i fig.4 zaslony po namarszczeniu, zas fig.5 i fig.6 przedstawiaja wzoiy koronki azurowej. Komplet zaslon sklada sie z dwóch zaslon prawej i lewej oraz górnego ozdobnego elementu nazywanego lambrekinem. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany koronka azurowa 1 posiada wzory róz wg fig. 5 lub wzory kwiatka wg fig 6. Czesc wlasciwa 2 lambrekinu jest w czesci dolnej na calej szerokosci wykonczona koronka azurowa L Czesc wlasciwa 3 zaslon na calej dlugosci po obu stronach wykonczona jest dokladnie taka sama koronka azurowa i . Czesc wlasciwa 3 zaslon wykonana jest z plótna, prosta na calej swej dlugosci. Lambrekin sklada sie z dwóch róznych czesci 2 i 4 nalozonych na siebie. Elementy 2 i 4 posiadaja rózne struktury tkanin oraz rózne barwy kolorystyczne. Element 4 od strony lewej podszyty jestozdobna szeroka tasma marszczaca 5 . Do elementu 4 doszyty jest element 6 o jednakowej tkaninie przezroczystej - tj. organtynie. Tasma po namarszczeniu daje efekt udraperowanych czesci, które mozna wpinac jak na zalaczonym rysunku wedlug fig. 2 lub fig. 4 . Do tego modelu zaslon wykorzystano tkaniny atlasowe, satyne oraz tkanine przezroczysta - organtyne. Wedlug drugiej odmiany czesc wlasciwa 3 zaslon posiada koronke i tylko z jednej wewnetrznej strony. W odmianie tego lambrekinu zastosowano trzy oddzielne czesci z tkaniny przezroczystej - organtyny, dwie po bokach ulozone symetrycznie oraz srodkowa czesc 7 w formie trapezu z obu stron podszyte od strony lewej tasma marszczaca 5a. Wszystkie trzy czesci sa polaczone ze soba a po namarszczeniu (po sciagnieciu tasm) sa dopinane do elementu 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowia dwa lambrekiny z dwóch róznych tkanin - atlasu i organtyny nakladajace sie na siebie i sciagniete tasma marszczaca po odpowiednich limach daja efekt zlozonej dekoracji. Zasadnicza czesc dekoracyjna zaslony stanowia koronki azurowe nadajace zaslonom odpowiedni styl i charakter. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of decorative curtains, manifested in their shape and surface texture. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 show the curtain cut, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 the curtains after gathering, and Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show the lace patterns. The curtain set consists of two curtains, one right and one left, and a top decorative element called a pelmet. According to the first variant, openwork lace 1 has a rose pattern as shown in Fig. 5 or a flower pattern as shown in Fig. 6. The lower section of the valance 2 is finished with openwork lace L along its entire width. The entire length of the curtains is finished with exactly the same openwork lace on both sides. The curtains' upper section is made of canvas and is straight along its entire length. The valance consists of two different sections, 2 and 4, superimposed. Sections 2 and 4 have different fabric structures and different colors. Section 4 is lined on the left side with a decorative wide gathering ribbon 5. Section 6, made of the same transparent fabric—i.e., organza—is sewn onto section 4. When gathered, the tape creates a draped effect, which can be attached as shown in the attached drawing, Figure 2 or Figure 4. This curtain model uses satin, satin, and a sheer fabric – organza. The second version features lace on the main section (3) of the curtains, but only on one inner side. This version of the valance features three separate sections of sheer fabric – organza, two symmetrically arranged on the sides, and a trapezoidal center section (7) lined on both sides with gathering tape (5a) on the left. All three parts are connected together and, after gathering (after removing the ribbons), are attached to element 2. The essential features of the industrial design are two valances made of two different fabrics – satin and organza – overlapping and pulled together with gathering tape at appropriate points, creating a complex decorative effect. The main decorative element of the curtain is openwork lace, which gives the curtains their style and character.
