Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zaslon dekoracyjnych przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig.l przedstawia kroje zaslon, fig.2 zaslony po namarszczeniu, zas fig.3 i flg.4 przedstawiaja wzory koronki azurowej. Koronki azurowe stanowia zasadnicza czesc dekoracyjna zaslon. Komplet zaslon sklada sie z dwóch zaslon prawej i lewej oraz górnego ozdobnego elementu nazywanego lambrekinem. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany koronka azurowa I posiada wzory róz przedstawionych na fig.3 lub wzoiy kwiatka wg fig.4. Czesc wlasciwa 2 lambrekinu jest w czesci dolnej na calej szerokosci wykonczona koronka azurowa J_. Czesc wlasciwa zaslon wykonana jest z dwóch plócien 3 i 4, polaczonych na calej swej dlugosci. Plótna te posiadaja rózne barwy. Czesc wewnetrzna 3 z jednej, wewnetrznej strony posiada doszyta na calej swej dlugosci koronke i . Górna czesc zaslon sklada sie z dwóch lambrekinównakladajacych sie na siebie. Pierwsza czesc lambrekinu 2 w dolnej swej czesci na calej szerokosci obszyta jest koronka dekoracyjna!. Lambrekin ten jak i elementy 3 i 4 zaslony prawej i lewej sa wykonane z tego samego rodzaju tkaniny atlasowej. Druga czesc lambrekinu wykonana z innego rodzaju tkaniny nakladana jest na czesc pierwsza lambrekinu. Ta czesc wykonana jest z tkaniny przezroczystej tzw. organtyny. Do lambrekinu przezroczystego wszyta jest tasma marszczaca 5 do kazdego z trzech zasadniczych czesci 6. Kazdy bok elementów 6 jest sciety pod katem. Do elementów 6 zewnetrznych doszyty jest element 7, zas do elementu srodkowego 6 doszyte sa dwa elementy 7 symetrycznie po obu jego stronach. Elementy 7 po sciagnieciu tasma marszczaca 5 tworza zwisajace elementy ozdobne. Kazdy element ozdobny mozna dodatkowo opiac lub przewiazac dodatkowo ozdobnym sznurkiem lub gumka tworzac ksztalty kwiatków. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowia dwa lambrekiny z dwóch róznych tkanin - atlasu i organtyny nakladajace sie na siebie i sciagniete tasma marszczaca po odpowiednich liniach daja efekt zlozonej dekoracji. The industrial design covers decorative curtains intended for residential spaces. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of decorative curtains, manifested in their shape and surface texture. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the curtain cut, Fig. 2 the curtains after gathering, and Figs. 3 and flg. 4 show the lace patterns. Lace forms the essential decorative element of the curtains. The curtain set consists of two curtains, one right and one left, and a top decorative element called a pelmet. According to the first variant, lace pattern I has the rose patterns shown in Fig. 3 or the flower pattern shown in Fig. 4. The actual pelmet 2 is finished with lace pattern J_ along its entire width in the lower section. The curtains themselves are made of two canvases, 3 and 4, joined together along their entire length. These canvases are in different colors. The inner part 3 has lace sewn on to one inner side along its entire length. The upper part of the curtains consists of two overlapping valances. The first part of valance 2 is trimmed with decorative lace along its entire width in the lower section. This valance, as well as elements 3 and 4 of the right and left curtains, are made of the same type of satin fabric. The second part of the valance, made of a different type of fabric, is placed over the first part of the valance. This part is made of a transparent fabric called organza. The transparent pelmet features a gathering tape 5 sewn to each of the three main parts 6. Each side of the 6 elements is cut at an angle. Element 7 is sewn to the outer elements 6, while two elements 7 are sewn symmetrically to the central element 6 on either side. When the 7 elements are pulled together with the gathering tape 5, they create dangling decorative elements. Each decorative element can be further tightened or tied with decorative string or elastic to create flower shapes. The essential features of the industrial design are the two pelmets made of two different fabrics – satin and organza – overlapping and pulled together with the gathering tape along the appropriate lines, creating a complex decorative effect.
