Postument Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 6.10.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest postument stanowiacy element wsporczy i oslaniajacy polaczenie urzadzen sanitarnych, zwlaszcza umywalek. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacej temu przedmiotowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia postument w widoku ogólnym, zas fig.2 przedstawia odmiane postumentu jako pólpostument w widoku z boku, fig.3 w widoku od czola,fig.4 przedstawia zarys pólpostumentu w widoku z boku, fig.5 zarys widoku z tylu, a fig.6 zarys widoku od czola, natomiast fig.7,oraz fig.8,fig.9fig.l0 i fig. l 1 przedstawia odpowiednio druga odmiane pólpostumentu.Postument zilustrowany na fig. 1 ma postac jednolitej lupiny, stanowiacy element wsporczy i oslaniajacy polaczenia umywalek. Postument w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt litery „U", a pobocznica rozszerza sie nieznacznie ku górze. Odmiana pólpostumentu zilustrowana na fig.2,fig.3,fig.4, fig.5 i fig.6 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku ma zarys zblizony do litery „L" o wyraznie zaokraglonym narozu i lekko odchylonych ramionach tworzacych kat rozwarty. W widoku od czola ma powierzchnie o zarysie zblizonym do litery „U" o ramionach rozszerzajacych sie nieznacznie ku górze. Druga odmiana pólpostumentu zilustrowana na fig.7,fig.8, fig,9,fig. 10 i fig.l 1, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w przekroju poprzecznym pobocznica w czesci czolowej ma zarys zblizony do litery „V" o wyoblonym narozu zbieznosci obu plaszczyzn, które w widoku z boku maja zarys zblizony do czworokata nieforemnego o wyokraglonym narozu lukiem o duzym promieniu. Postument wykonane sa z materialu ceramicznego o blyszczacej powierzchni. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since October 6, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a pedestal, which serves as a supporting element and protects the connection of sanitary fixtures, particularly washbasins. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the object a new and original appearance. The subject of the decorative pattern is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the pedestal in a general view, Fig. 2 shows a variant of the pedestal as a half-pedestal in a side view, Fig. 3 in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the outline of the half-pedestal in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the outline of the back view, and Fig. 6 shows the outline of the front view, while Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 show the second variant of the half-pedestal, respectively. The pedestal illustrated in Fig. 1 has the form of a uniform shell, constituting a supporting element and covering the connections of the washbasins. The pedestal in cross-section has the shape of the letter "U", and the side wall widens slightly upwards. The variant of the half-pedestal illustrated in Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 is characterized in that in a side view it has an outline similar to the letter "L" with a clearly rounded corner and slightly deflected arms forming an obtuse angle. In a frontal view it has a surface with an outline similar to the letter "U" with arms widening slightly upwards. The second variant of the half-pedestal illustrated in Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 is characterized in that in cross-section the side surface in the front part has an outline similar to the letter "V" with a rounded corner of convergence of both planes, which in a side view have an outline similar to an irregular quadrangle with a rounded corner by an arc of large radius. 1./ A pedestal in the form of a uniform shell, constituting a supporting element and covering the connections of sanitary devices, especially washbasins, characterized in that in cross-section it has the shape of the letter "U" and the side surface of the pedestal widens slightly upwards, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.

2./ A half-pedestal in the form of a uniform shell, constituting a supporting element and covering the connection of sanitary devices, especially washbasins, characterized in that the side surface in a side view has an outline similar to the letter "L" with a clearly rounded corner and slightly deflected arms forming an obtuse angle, and in a front view it has a surface with an outline similar to the letter "U" with arms widening slightly upwards, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6.

3./A half-pedestal in the form of a uniform shell, constituting a supporting and covering element for the connection of sanitary devices, especially washbasins, characterized in that in the cross-section the side surface has in its frontal part an outline similar to the letter "V" with a rounded corner of convergence of both planes, which in a side view have an outline similar to an irregular quadrangle with a rounded corner by an arc of a large radius, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10 and fig. 11.
