Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest postument stanowiacy element wsporczy i oslaniajacy polaczenie urzadzen sanitarnych, zwlaszcza umywalek. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacej temu przedmiotowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia ogólny zarys postumentu jako elementu wsporczego i oslaniajacego polaczenia urzadzen sanitarnych , zas fig.2 przedstawia postument w widoku ogólnym. Postument zilustrowany na fig.l i fig.2 ma postac jednolitej lupiny, która jest wyprofilowana z dwóch pobocznie, lekko wypuklych i zbieznych w czolowej czesci. Zbieznosc stanowi wyraznie zarysowana krawedz symetriinatomiast w górnej czesci lupiny utworzony jest maskujacy wrab. Postument wykonany jest z ceramiki o blyszczacej powierzchni. Postument wprowadzany jest do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa "EKO 2000". PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from December 21, 1998. The subject of the ornamental design is a pedestal constituting a supporting element and covering the connection of sanitary appliances, particularly washbasins. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the object a new and original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the general outline of the pedestal as a supporting element and covering the connection of sanitary appliances, while Fig. 2 shows the pedestal from a general view. The pedestal illustrated in Figs. 1 and 2 has the form of a uniform shell, which is profiled with two slightly convex laterally and convergent at the front. The convergence is a clearly defined edge of symmetry, while the upper part of the shell has a concealing notch. The pedestal is made of ceramic with a glossy surface. The pedestal is commercially available under the name "EKO 2000." PL PL PL
