Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w rysunku, ukladzie linii oraz w splotach tla i wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku dzianina charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada powtarzajace sie wzory w ksztalcie palm i owoców ananasów z listkami umiejscowione kolejno w pasach. Jeden z pasów z palmami i ananasami znajduje sie w bordiurze dzianiny i zakonczony jest fala przystosowana do wypalania, zas nastepny pas, równiez z palmami i ananasami w srodkowej czesci dzianiny. W pasach tych owoce ananasów maja na swojej powierzchni kratki w ukladzie szachowym wypelnione gesto splotami i puste, a palmy pomiedzy ananasami umiejscowione sa jedna nad druga. Ponadto pomiedzy srodkowym i dolnym pasem dzianina ma pasek z palmami duzymi rozdzielonymi w pary palm duzych pojedynczymi palmami malymi, znajdujacymi sie równiez w tym pasku. Mniejsze palmy znajduja sie takze w górnej czesci dzianiny ponad pasem srodkowym. Tlo dzianiny pomiedzy pasami i paskiem to gesta prostokatna siatka, zas wzory ananasów i palm sa uplastycznione splotami o zróznicowanych grubosciach i ksztaltach. PL PLKNITTED FABRIC The design registration right is valid from 2000. The subject of the design is a knitted fabric intended for interior decoration. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the drawing, line arrangement, and weave of the background and pattern. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing. According to the design and as shown in the attached drawing, the fabric is characterized by repeating patterns in the shape of palm trees and pineapples with leaves, arranged in successive stripes. One of the stripes with palm trees and pineapples is located in the border of the fabric and ends with a wave suitable for burning, while the next stripe, also with palm trees and pineapples, is located in the center of the fabric. In these stripes, the pineapples have a checkerboard pattern on their surface, densely filled with weaves and empty, while the palm trees between the pineapples are positioned one above the other. Furthermore, between the middle and bottom stripes, the fabric features a stripe with large palm trees, separated into pairs of large palm trees by single small palm trees, also found in this stripe. Smaller palm trees also appear in the upper part of the fabric above the middle stripe. The background of the fabric between the stripes and the stripe is a dense rectangular mesh, while the pineapple and palm tree patterns are embellished with weaves of varying thicknesses and shapes.
