DZIANINA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia maja 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest dzianina przeznaczona do wystroju wnetrz. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac dzianiny przejawiajaca sie w rysunku, ukladzie linii oraz w splotach tla i wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku dzianina charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na calej powierzchni dzianiny umiejscowione sa w ukladzie parowym dwa rodzaje pieciokwiatowych bukietów, jeden o wiekszych kwiatach i drugi o mniejszych kwiatach. Kwiaty w bukietach sa uplastycznione i sa róznej wielkosci, dodatkowo ozdobione galazkami lisci. PL PLKNITTED FABRIC The design registration right has been in effect since May 2000. The design is for a knitted fabric intended for interior design. The essence of the design is a new form of knitted fabric, manifested in the pattern, line arrangement, and weave of the background and pattern. The design is presented in the attached drawing. According to the design and as shown in the attached drawing, the knitted fabric is characterized by two types of five-flower bouquets arranged in pairs across the entire surface of the fabric, one with larger flowers and the other with smaller flowers. The flowers in the bouquets are plasticized and come in various sizes, additionally decorated with leaf sprigs.
