Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania do wyrobów cukierniczych, której nowa postac przejawia sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie graficznym poszczególnych elementów oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 1. Etykieta opakowania do wyrobów cukierniczych wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata o bialym tle na którym przedstawione zostaly graficzne elementy skladajace sie na calosc kompozycji graficznej wzoru. W lewej górnej czesci etykiety bedacej przedmiotem wzoru znajduje sie fantazyjna kompozycja przypominajaca czerwone serce w zlotej obwódce. Na jego tle przedstawione jest czcionka koloru bialego o charakterystycznym kroju wyrazenie „dr Gerard". Wyrazenie to zostalo podkreslone biala linia w ksztalcie luku. W prawej górnej czesci etykiety przedstawiono kompozycje graficzna tworzaca trójkat skladajacy sie z umieszczonych na przemian obok siebie kwadratów w jasnych i ciemnych odcieniach koloru niebieskiego oraz w centralnej czesci jednego kwadratu w kolorze bialym. Ponizej znajduje sie wyrazenie wit'AM przedstawione czcionka o charakterystycznym kroju, przy czym male litery „wit" maja kolor ciemno niebieski, natomiast duze litery „AM" kolor czarny. Pomiedzy czlonami „Wit" oraz „AM" znajduje sie apostrof stylizowany na klos zboza w kolorze ciemno niebieskim. Bezposrednio ponizej umieszczono ciemno niebieski prostokat o szerokosci równej szerokosci wyrazenia wit'AM). Prostokat ten stanowi tlo dla wyrazenia „Ciastka na dobry dzien!" przedstawionego czcionka koloru bialego. Ponizej elementów slownych, w centralnej czesci wzoru, z przesunieciem do prawej krawedzi wzoru, znajduje sie kompozycja graficzna przedstawiajaca wyrób cukierniczy na tle ulozonych w stosie pieciu wyrobów cukierniczych, za którymi przedstawiono klosy zbóz. Sposób przedstawienia wyrobów cukierniczych w kompozycji sprawia wrazenie jakoby spoczywaly one na pokruszonych ziarnach zbóz i drobnych kawalkach czekolady. W dolnej czesci etykiety przedstawiono kompozycje graficzna tworzaca trójkat skladajacy sie z umieszczonych na przemian obok siebie kwadratów w jasnych i ciemnych odcieniach koloru niebieskiego oraz w centralnej czesci jednego kwadratu w kolorze bialym. Kompozycja ta spoczywa na prostokatnym pasie koloru ciemno niebieskiego, którego boczne krawedzie pokrywaja sie czesciowo z krawedziami bocznymi etykiety, a jego dolna krawedz stanowi jednoczesnie krawedz dolna etykiety. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Figure 1. The confectionery packaging label, according to the design, is rectangular with a white background, displaying graphic elements that comprise the overall graphic composition of the design. In the upper left part of the label, which is the subject of the design, is a fanciful composition resembling a red heart with a gold border. Against this background, the phrase "Dr. Gerard" is depicted in a distinctive white font. This expression is underlined by a white arc-shaped line. In the upper right part of the label, a graphic composition forms a triangle composed of alternating squares in light and dark shades of blue, with a single white square in the center. Below is the phrase wit'AM in a distinctive font, with the lowercase letters "wit" in dark blue and the uppercase letters "AM" in black. Between the "Wit" and "AM" elements is an apostrophe stylized as a dark blue ear of grain. Directly below is a dark blue rectangle, the width of which is equal to the width of the phrase wit'AM. This rectangle forms the background for the phrase "Ciastka na dobry dzien!" in white font. Below the word elements, in the central part of the design, shifted to the right edge of the design, is a graphic composition depicting a confectionery product against a background of five stacked confectionery products, behind which are ears of grain. The way the confectionery products are presented in the composition gives the impression that they are resting on crushed grains and small pieces of chocolate. The lower part of the label features a graphic composition forming a triangle consisting of alternating squares in light and dark shades of blue, with a single white square in the center. This composition rests on a rectangular dark blue band, the side edges of which partially align with the side edges of the label, and its bottom edge also forms the bottom edge of the label.
