Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na worki, zwlaszcza do selektywnego zbie- rania odpadów, umieszczany glównie w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych, budynkach produkcyjnych czy magazynowych, lub tez uzytecznosci publicznej i tym podobnych. Nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz trwalej i efektownej konstrukcji. Wzór przemyslowy bedacy przedmiotem ochrony ma dziesiec odmian, z których kazda jest ilu- strowana na rysunkach fig. 1 do 10, w widoku perspektywicznym. Wspólna cecha odmian pojemnika wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze jest on wykonany z róznej liczby tulejek polaczonych ze so- ba, w trwaly sposób, w okreslony ksztalt. Pojedyncza tulejka tworzy komore pojemnika, w której umieszczany jest worek, zwlaszcza do selektywnego zbierania odpadów, przy czym tulejka moze byc jednostronnie zamknieta lub przelotowa. The novelty of the industrial design is evident in its shape and durable and attractive construction. The protected industrial design has ten variants, each illustrated in Figures 1 to 10, in a perspective view. A common feature of the container variants according to the industrial design is that it is made of a varying number of sleeves permanently connected to each other in a specific shape. A single sleeve forms the container chamber in which the bag is placed, particularly for selective waste collection. The sleeve may be closed on one side or have a passage. The geometric shape of the sleeve is circular and is presented in figures 1 to 10. Essential features of the industrial design Variation I. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in figure 1 – showing a container in a perspective view – is the permanent connection of ten sleeves by their outer side surfaces, forming a pyramid shape. The sleeves are arranged in four levels, one on top of the other, from the bottom in a 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 arrangement. Variation II.
