Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest studnia rozdzielaczowo-dystrybucyjna przeznaczona do transportu wody, srodków ochrony roslin oraz substancji odzywczych, stymulujacych ich wzrost oraz rozwój. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia studnie w widoku z góry, fig. 2 obrazuje studnie w widoku z boku 1, fig. 3 ilustruje studnie w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia studnie w widoku z boku 2, fig. 5 obrazuje dekiel PE studni w widoku z boku 1, fig. 6 ilustruje studnie 3D w widoku izometrycznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, to charakterystyczne cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów konstrukcji studni rozdzielaczowo-dystrybucyjnej, jak na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Studnia posiada kwadratowa podstawe ze scietymi rogami, na której usadowione sa sciany studni w ksztalcie graniastoslupa z wybrzuszonymi bokami, przechodzace w stozek sciety i dalej w walec, jak na fig. 6, na który nalozony jest dekiel w ksztalcie jak na fig. 2. W srodkowej czesci wybrzuszonych scian studnia posiada wyprowadzone krócce w ksztalcie jak na fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, przy czym na trzech scianach krócce sa na tym samym poziomie, a na czwartej scianie jeden króciec jest wyzej. Studnia posiada po piec krócców na dwóch przeciwleglych bokach i po jednym na dwóch pozostalych przeciwleglych bokach. Calosc uwidoczniona jest na ilustracji fig. 6. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the well from above; Fig. 2 shows the well from a side view (1); Fig. 3 shows the well from a front view (2); Fig. 4 shows the well from a side view (2); Fig. 5 shows the well's PE cover from a side view (1); Fig. 6 shows the 3D well from an isometric view. The essential features of the industrial design are the characteristic lines, contours, and shapes of the distribution well's structure, as shown in the attached illustrations. The well has a square base with truncated corners, on which sit the prism-shaped walls with bulging sides, transitioning into a truncated cone and then into a cylinder, as in Fig. 6, over which a lid is placed in the shape of Fig. 2. In the central part of the bulging walls, the well has connections in the shape shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, with three of the connections being at the same level, and one connection higher on the fourth wall. The well has five connections on two opposite sides and one on each of the other two opposite sides. The whole is shown in illustration Fig. 6.
