Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw naprawczy ze skrzynka zeliwna do instalacji wodnych i gazowych stanowiacy oslone zaworu, montowany w jednej plaszczyznie z powierzchnia jezdni, chodnika tub trawnika pod którymi znajduja sie instalacje wodociagowe i gazowe z zaworami. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie je- go powierzchni i ukladzie linii, które nadaja przedmiotowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia ry- sunek zestawu naprawczego ze skrzynka zeliwna do instalacji wodnych i gazowych w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie zestawu naprawczego ze skrzynka zeliwna do instalacji wodnych i ga- zowych w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry. Zestaw naprawczy ze skrzynka zeliwna do instalacji wodnych i gazowych pokazany na rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii fig. 2 wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt plyty kwa- dratowej ze skosnie scietymi górnymi krawedziami, a grubosc plyty wynosi okolo jednej trzeciej dlugo- sci boku plyty kwadratowej. W srodkowej czesci górnej powierzchni plyty kwadratowej znajduje sie powierzchnia w ksztalcie pierscienia, którego zewnetrzna srednica wynosi okolo polowy dlugosci boku plyty kwadratowej. Wewnatrz powierzchni pierscieniowej usytuowana jest plyta okragla z owalnym zaglebieniem, która w srodkowej czesci rozdzielona jest prostokatnym mostkiem. W górnej czesci plyty okraglej na wycinku powierzchni o zarysie rombu znajduje sie litera W, a w dolnej czesci na owalnym wycinku powierzchni znajduja sie stylizowane litery LMB. Z prawej strony plyty okraglej na wycinku powierzchni o zarysie rombu znajduje sie otwór okragly z okraglym wystepem. W srodkowej czesci plyty okraglej usytuowane sa trzy rowki w ksztalcie kola o róznych srednicach, które poprzeci- nane sa rowkami ulozonymi promieniowo. Na górnej powierzchni plyty kwadratowej znajduja sie jed- nakowe owalne zaglebienia, które ulozone sa regularnie w rzedy i kolumny. Górna powierzchnia plyty kwadratowej ma kolor asfaltu betonowego, natomiast plyta okragla z owalnym zaglebieniem i most- kiem prostokatnym oraz powierzchnia pierscieniowa maja kolor zeliwa szarego. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape of its surface and the arrangement of lines that give it a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is illustrated in a drawing and a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the repair kit with a cast iron box for water and gas installations from a top view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the repair kit with a cast iron box for water and gas installations from an axonometric top view. The industrial design of the repair kit with a cast iron box for water and gas installations shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 2 is characterized by its square plate shape with beveled upper edges, and its thickness is approximately one-third of the square plate's side length. In the center of the square plate's upper surface is a ring-shaped surface, the outer diameter of which is approximately half the square plate's side length. Within the ring-shaped surface is a circular plate with an oval recess, separated in the center by a rectangular bridge. In the upper part of the circular plate, the letter W is located on a diamond-shaped section of the surface, while in the lower part, the oval section of the surface features the stylized letters LMB. On the right side of the circular plate, on a diamond-shaped section of the surface, there is a circular hole with a circular protrusion. In the central part of the circular plate are three circular grooves of different diameters, intersected by radial grooves. The upper surface of the square plate has identical oval recesses, arranged in regular rows and columns. The upper surface of the square plate is the color of concrete asphalt, while the circular plate with the oval recess and rectangular bridge, as well as the annular surface, are the color of gray cast iron.
