Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrywa wlazu kanalowego, uzywana do wykonywania studzienek kanalizacyjnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pokrywy wlazu kanalowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej powierzchni i ukladzie linii, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek pokrywy w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie pokrywy w widoku z góry. Pokrywa wlazu kanalowego pokazana na rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii fig. 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt okraglej tarczy w której powierzchnia srodkowa w ksztalcie kola na wysokosci okolo polowy promienia kola ma poziome sciecie nad którym znajduje sie plytkie zaglebienie powierzchnio- we o zarysie herbu z korona królewska i duzymi literami CK w srodku. Po lewej stronie herbu w zagle- bieniu powierzchniowym o zarysie kwadratu znajduje sie duza litera B otoczona ramka, a po prawej stronie herbu jest zaglebienie powierzchniowe o zarysie elipsy z duzymi stylizowanymi literami LMB w srodku. Na obwodzie pokrywy znajduje sie plytkie zaglebienie powierzchniowe z otworami okragly- mi, które rozmieszczone sa regularnie na obwodzie pokrywy. Miedzy otworami okraglymi znajduja sie po dwa wypukle wystepy powierzchniowe o zarysie prostokata rozmieszczone regularnie na obwodzie pokrywy. Srodkowa powierzchnia pokrywy w ksztalcie kola ma kolor asfaltu betonowego, a zewnetrz- na powierzchnia pierscienia kolowego ma kolor zeliwa szarego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a manhole cover, manifested in the shape of its surface and the arrangement of lines, having an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the cover in a top view, and Fig. 2 shows photographs of the cover in a top view. The manhole cover shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a round shield in which the central surface in the shape of a circle at a height of about half the radius of the circle has a horizontal cut above which there is a shallow surface depression in the outline of a coat of arms with a royal crown and the capital letters CK in the middle. On the left side of the coat of arms, in a surface depression in the shape of a square, there is a large letter B surrounded by a frame, and on the right side of the coat of arms, there is a surface depression in the shape of an ellipse with large stylized letters LMB in the center. On the circumference of the cover, there is a shallow surface depression with round holes, which are regularly placed around the circumference of the cover. Between the round holes, there are two convex surface projections in the shape of a rectangle, regularly placed around the circumference of the cover. The central surface of the cover in the shape of a circle has the color of concrete asphalt, and the outer surface of the circular ring has the color of gray cast iron. The essential features of the industrial design presented in the drawing fig. 1 and photograph fig. 2 are that: - the cover of the manhole has the shape of a round disc in which the central surface in the shape of a circle with a horizontal cut has a horizontal cut at a height of about half the radius of the circle, - above the horizontal cut there is a shallow surface depression in the outline of the coat of arms with a royal crown and the capital letters CK, - on the circumference of the cover there is a shallow surface depression with round holes regularly arranged on the circumference of the cover, between which there are two convex surface projections in the outline of a rectangle, - the central surface of the cover in the shape of a circle has the colour of concrete asphalt, and the external surface of the circular ring has the colour of grey cast iron.PL 19950 3 Illustration of the designPL 19950 4 Publishing Department of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL
