Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrywa wlazu kanalowego, uzywana do wykonywania studzienek kanalizacyjnych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pokrywy wlazu kanalowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej powierzchni i ukladzie linii, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek pierwszej odmiany pokrywy w widoku z góry, fig. 2 przedstawia rysunek drugiej odmiany pokrywy w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przedstawia fotografie pierwszej odmiany pokrywy w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 przedstawia fotografie drugiej odmiany pokrywy w widoku z góry. Na powierzchni kolowej znajduje sie powierzchniowe zaglebienie o zarysie herbu w którym umieszczona jest plaskorzezba korony kró- lewskiej oraz duze litery CK. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the manhole cover, manifested in the shape of its surface and the arrangement of lines, possessing an individual character. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the first version of the cover in a top view, Fig. 2 shows a drawing of the second version of the cover in a top view, Fig. 3 shows a photograph of the first version of the cover in a top view, and Fig. 4 shows a photograph of the second version of the cover in a top view. The first version of the industrial design manhole cover, shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 3, is characterized by its flat, circular disc shape, with a circumferential, annular surface in gray cast iron, with two semicircular surfaces at the top and bottom on the vertical axis of the cover, and two rectangular surfaces located on the horizontal axis of the cover. The semicircular surfaces have single circular through holes, while the rectangular surfaces have single oval through holes. In the center of the cover is a circular surface in gray cast iron, surrounded by an annular surface in the color of asphalt concrete. The circular surface has a recess in the shape of a coat of arms, containing a bas-relief of a royal crown and the capital letters CK. The second version of the industrial design manhole cover, shown in Figure 2 and Photograph 4, is characterized by its flat, circular shape, with a circular surface around its circumference in a gray cast iron color, and two rectangular surfaces positioned on the horizontal axis of the cover. At the top, the circular surface connects to a segment of the circular surface in a gray cast iron color. In the center of the cover is a circular surface the color of concrete asphalt. The circular segment has a shallow recess in the shape of a coat of arms, containing a bas-relief of a royal crown and the capital letters CK. The essential features of the first variant of the industrial design shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 3 are that: - the canal manhole cover has the shape of a flat and circular disc, which has an annular surface in the colour of grey cast iron on its circumference with two semicircular surfaces lying at the top and bottom on the vertical axis of the cover and two rectangular surfaces situated on the horizontal axis of the cover, - in the middle of the cover there is a circular surface in the colour of grey cast iron surrounded by an annular surface in the colour of concrete asphalt, - on the circular surface there is a surface recess in the shape of a coat of arms in which a bas-relief of a royal crown and the capital letters CK are placed.
