Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wpust uliczny górski, który jest przeznaczony do mon- tazu na drogach i placach w rejonach o duzym natezeniu opadów, a takze w rejonach górzystych w miejscach odbioru wody do kanalizacji. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie je- go powierzchni i ukladzie linii, które nadaja przedmiotowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia ry- sunek wpustu ulicznego górskiego w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 przedstawia fotografie wpustu ulicznego górskiego w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of its surface and the arrangement of lines, which give it a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is illustrated in a drawing and a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the mountain street inlet from a top view, and Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the mountain street inlet from an axonometric top view. The industrial-design mountain street inlet shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 2 is characterized by the upper surface of the inlet body being shaped like a flat, rectangular frame containing a grate composed of ribs separated by openings in the shape of elongated rectangles. The upper surface of the ribs features projections in the shape of truncated pyramids with a square base. The projections are arranged symmetrically along the rib axis and have equal spacing. The outer pairs of ribs are connected by bridges along the longitudinal axis of the grate. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 2 are that: – on the top surface of the ribs there are projections in the shape of truncated pyramids with a square base, which are arranged symmetrically along the rib axis and have equal spacing, – the pairs of extreme ribs in the longitudinal axis of the grate are connected by bridges.
