Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac donicz- ki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i strukturze powierzchni. Doniczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslo- wy i rzemieslniczy. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1 i Fig. 2, na których zostala przedstawiona doniczka w widoku z góry i w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac doniczki, która stanowi naczynie ceramiczne o ksztalcie polowy sferoidy wydluzonej. Brzeg doniczki w widoku z góry ma ksztalt okregu, na którym jest opisany dziewieciokat foremny, a na powierzchni bocznej doniczki sa widoczne wystajace krawedzie wychodzace z wierzcholków dziewieciokata, zbie- gajace sie do dna doniczki, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually unique form of the flowerpot, which is manifested in its shape and surface structure. The flowerpot, according to the industrial design, is suitable for industrial and craft production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which show the flowerpot in a top view and a side view. Essential features of the industrial design: An essential feature of the industrial design is a new and individually unique form of the flowerpot, which is a ceramic vessel in the shape of a half-elongated spheroid. The edge of the pot in the top view has the shape of a circle around which a regular non-gon is circumscribed, and on the side surface of the pot there are visible protruding edges coming from the vertices of the non-gon, converging to the bottom of the pot, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
