Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kubek przeznaczony do pakowania produktów nabia- lowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania o ksztalcie kubka z uchem, wy- rózniajacego sie nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczegól- nych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przed- stawiono kubek w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawiono kubek w widoku z boku od strony ucha, fig. 3 - przedstawiono kubek w widoku z boku, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono kubek w wido- ku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku kubek ma ksztalt stozka scietego o zbieznosci skierowanej w strone jego dna i zaopatrzony jest od strony górnej krawedzi w jedno, lukowo zaokraglone ucho polaczone z ta krawedzia lukowymi krawedziami, przy czym w górnej czesci na obwodzie kubka jest waska, wy- pukla opaska, której zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest wypukla. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kubek ma ksztalt stozka scietego o zbieznosci skierowanej w strone jego dna i zaopatrzony jest od strony górnej krawedzi w jedno, lukowo zaokraglone ucho polaczone z ta krawedzia lukowymi kra- wedziami, przy czym w górnej czesci na obwodzie kubka jest waska, wypukla opaska, której ze- wnetrzna powierzchnia jest wypukla, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of packaging in the shape of a cup with a handle, distinguished by its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an axonometric top view of the cup, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the cup from the handle side, Fig. 3 shows a side view of the cup, and Fig. 4 shows a top view of the cup. As shown in the drawing, the cup has the shape of a truncated cone with a taper directed towards its bottom and is provided on the upper edge with one, rounded-arch handle connected to this edge by curved edges, while in the upper part on the circumference of the cup there is a narrow, convex band, the outer surface of which is convex.
