Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element budowlany, wykonany z mieszanki betonowej naturalnej lub barwionej, przeznaczony do budowy miedzy innymi scian fundamentowych i podobnych. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1, przedstawia element budowlany w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fig. 2, przedstawia element budowlany w widoku z góry. Element budowlany posiada ksztalt zblizony do bryly prostopadlosciennej, która w powierzchni obydwu podstaw dolnej i górnej ma wykonane poglebienie, które w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego. Ponadto w powierzchni scian wyznaczonych przez dluzsze krawedzie podstawy, ma wykonany przelotowy otwór, usytuowany centralnie, w ksztalcie zblizonym do polaczo- nych krawedzia dolna trapezów równoramiennych. Ponizej i powyzej tego centralnego otworu sa wy- konane w powierzchni scian dwa przelotowe otwory w ksztalcie zblizonym do kola. Cecha istotna elementu budowlanego jest to, ze ma ksztalt zblizony do bryly prostopadloscien- nej, która w powierzchni obydwu podstaw dolnej i górnej ma wykonane ksztaltowe poglebienie. The building element has a shape similar to a cuboid solid, which has a recess made in the surface of both lower and upper bases, which in a side view has a shape similar to an isosceles trapezoid. In addition, in the surface of the walls defined by the longer edges of the base, there is a through hole made, located centrally, in a shape similar to isosceles trapezoids connected by the lower edge. Below and above this central opening, two through holes in the wall surface are made in a shape similar to a circle. The essential feature of the building element is that it has a shape similar to a cuboid, which has a shaped recess made in the surface of both the lower and upper bases.
