Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element budowlany, wykonany z mieszanki betonowej naturalnej lub barwionej, przeznaczony do budowy miedzy innymi scian fundamentowych i podobnych. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1, przedstawia element budowlany w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fig. 2, przedstawia element budowlany w widoku z góry. Element budowlany posiada ksztalt zblizony do bryly prostopadlosciennej, która w powierzchni obydwu podstaw dolnej i górnej ma wykonane poglebienie, które w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do trapezu równoramiennego. Ponadto w powierzchni scian, wyznaczonych przez dluzsze krawedzie podstawy, ma wykonany przelotowy owalny otwór usytuowany centralnie. Ponizej i powyzej tego owalnego otworu sa wykonane w powierzchni scian po dwa przelotowe otwory w ksztalcie zblizonym do kola, usytuowane symetrycznie po obydwu stronach osi. Cecha istotna elementu budowlanego jest to, ze ma ksztalt zblizony do bryly prostopadloscien- nej, która w powierzchni obydwu podstaw dolnej i górnej ma wykonane ksztaltowe poglebienie. Nato- miast w powierzchni scian, wyznaczonych przez dluzsze krawedzie podstawy, ma wykonanych piec przelotowych otworów. The novelty and individual character of the design are evident in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the building element in a general view, while Fig. 2 shows the building element from a top view. The building element has a shape similar to a cuboid solid, with a recess in the surface of both the lower and upper bases, which in a side view resembles an isosceles trapezoid. Furthermore, the walls, defined by the longer edges of the base, have a centrally located oval through-hole. Below and above this oval through-hole, two approximately circular through-holes are made in the walls, positioned symmetrically on either side of the axis. A significant feature of this building element is that it has a shape similar to a cuboid, with a recessed shape in the surface of both the lower and upper bases.
