The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested by a new shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design, consisting of a pipe with an anchoring element, is shown in the attached illustration, which shows Fig. 1 – a front view of the pipe, and Fig. 2 – a view of the pipe from the cutout side. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the pipe, according to the industrial design, preferably made of plastic, shown in the illustration, are that the pipe has an external shape in the form of an elongated cylinder closed at the bottom with a cap. The pipe has two sections cut opposite each other and bent outwards in the lower part, which are in the shape of a rectangle held together by one lower wall.
