Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest firana gotowa, powstala z formy wykroju firany, jej ulo- zenia i dopasowania w firane. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac firany, która po dopasowaniu, ulozeniu i upieciu w firane przejawia sie oryginalnym ksztaltem, ukladem linii i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na którym fig. 2 przedstawia firane dopasowana, ulozona i upieta powstala wedlug formy wykroju jak przedsta- wiono na fig. 1. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of curtain, which, once fitted, arranged, and pinned into a curtain, manifests itself through an original shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, where Fig. 2 shows a fitted, arranged and pinned curtain created according to the pattern as shown in Fig. 1. The curtain according to the industrial design, after being fitted, pinned and arranged from the rectangular pattern cutout, has a rectangular shape with a shapely motif of stripes of lines of various widths around the edges, while in the lower part, after its longitudinal adjustment, the curtain has a symmetrical, characteristic wavy, "hanging" arrangement, which closes symmetrically on both sides in the upper part of the pattern cut. The curtain is made of white jacquard material.
