Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszyk zanetowy na rzeke z kolcami. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac koszyka na zanete przejawiajaca sie w posiada- nych przez koszyk zanetowy kolcach znajdujacych sie poza siatkowym korpusem koszyka. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii (Fig. 1), na której przedstawiony zostal koszyk zanetowy w rzucie aksonometrycznym w widoku z dolu. Nastepnie koszyk zanetowy w rzucie aksonometrycznym w widoku z boku (Fig. 2). Fotografia trzecia natomiast przedstawia ko- szyk zanetowy w rzucie aksonometrycznym w widoku z boku, na którym zamieszczony zostal prosto- katny ciezarek (Fig. 3). Koszyk na zanete bedacy przedmiotem zgloszenia wskazany zostal równiez na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 4 przedstawia koszyk w rzucie prostokatnym pionowym, na- stepnie Fig. 5 przedstawia koszyk w rzucie prostokatnym bocznym, a Fig. 6 przedstawia koszyk w rzucie prostokatnym poziomym. Koszyk zanetowy z kolcami, o prostopadlosciennym ksztalcie, sklada sie z siatkowego korpusu (1), do którego zamocowany jest od zewnatrz ciezarek (2) oraz od wewnatrz element mocujacy z kólkiem i kretlikiem (3). W dolnej czesci ciezarka (2) zamocowane sa metalowe kolce (4), wychodzace po obu stronach na zewnatrz siatkowego korpusu, ulozone symetrycznie wzgledem siebie a prostopadle do boku koszyka z ciezarkiem. W dnie koszyka znajduje sie zaslepka (5). The essence of the industrial design is a new form of bait feeder, manifested by the spikes located outside the mesh body of the feeder. The design is shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 1), which shows an axonometric projection of the bait feeder from below. Next, an axonometric side view of the bait feeder is shown (Fig. 2). The third photograph shows an axonometric side view of the bait feeder with a rectangular weight (Fig. 3). The groundbait basket that is the subject of the application is also shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 4 shows the basket in a rectangular vertical view, then Fig. 5 shows the basket in a rectangular side view, and Fig. 6 shows the basket in a rectangular horizontal view. The cuboid groundbait basket with spikes consists of a mesh body (1), to which a weight (2) is attached from the outside and a mounting element with a ring and swivel (3) from the inside. Metal spikes (4) are attached to the bottom of the weight (2), extending outside the mesh body on both sides, arranged symmetrically with respect to each other and perpendicular to the side of the basket with the weight. There is a cap (5) in the bottom of the basket.
