Istote wzoru uzytkowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmio- tu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, i cechach linii, nadajacych mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 pokazano rame w widoku od strony czolowej, na fig. 2 pokazano rame w widoku od strony wewnetrznej – od strony posesji, zas na fig. 3 pokazano element laczeniowy ramy w przekroju w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do jego osi. Elementy laczeniowe w znany sposób laczone do elementów bocznych. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego, wyrózniajaca go sposród innych, podobnych segmentów plotu, jest usytuowanie w elementach bocznych ksztaltowych laczników, o lukowym zarysie przekroju poprzecznego, które polaczone sa z elementami bocznymi tak, ze ich krawedz górna polaczona jest z tylna strefa elementów bocznych, powyzej mocowania krawedzi dolnych, mocowanych do przedniej strefy elementów bocznych. The essence of the utility model is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in the shape and line features that give it an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the frame in a frontal view, Fig. 2 shows the frame in a view from the interior side – from the property side, and Fig. 3 shows the frame's connecting element in a cross-section in a plane perpendicular to its axis. The connecting elements are connected to the side elements in a known manner. A significant feature of the industrial design, distinguishing it from other similar fence segments, is the location of shaped connectors in the side elements, with an arc-shaped cross-section, which are connected to the side elements so that their upper edge is connected to the rear zone of the side elements, above the attachment of the lower edges, which are attached to the front zone of the side elements.
