Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kostka brukowa wykonana z barwionego betonu, prze- znaczona do ukladania utwardzonej nawierzchni. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku i strukturze powierzchni i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia ksztalt kostki w rysunku jednokreskowym, a fig. 2 pokazuje kostke brukowa w widoku perspektywicznym. Jak przedstawiono na rysunku kostka ma ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa szesciokatnego, u podstawy którego znajduje sie kwadratowe wybranie, a dlugosc boku tak wybranego kwadratu jest równa dlugosci sciany górnej, równoleglej do podstawy. Sciany boczne, prostopadle do podstawy sa polaczone ze sciana górna scianami skosnymi, tak ze górna czesc kostki, powyzej kwadratowego wybrania, w rzucie prostopadlym przypomina ksztaltem trapez równoramienny. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. ksztalt kostki brukowej bedacej graniastoslupem szesciokatnym, z wybraniem u podstawy w ksztalcie kwadratu i górna czescia o ksztalcie, który w rzucie prostopadlym stanowi tra- pez równoramienny, 2. struktura powierzchni matowa, porowata, 3. wybarwienie imitujace szlachetna strukture w kolorze jasnobrazowym na czolowej po- wierzchni kostki, i szary kolor betonu na bocznych scianach kostki. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, drawing, surface structure, and color. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the shape of the block in a single-line drawing, and Fig. 2 shows the block in a perspective view. As shown in the drawing, the block has a shape similar to a hexagonal prism, with a square recess at its base, and the side length of the selected square is equal to the length of the upper wall, parallel to the base. The side walls, perpendicular to the base, are connected to the top wall by sloping walls, so that the upper part of the paving stone, above the square recess, in a perpendicular projection resembles an isosceles trapezoid. The essential features of the industrial design are as follows: 1. the shape of the paving stone is a hexagonal prism, with a square recess at the base and an upper part in a shape that in a perpendicular projection constitutes an isosceles trapezoid; 2. the surface structure is matte and porous; 3. the color imitates a noble light brown structure on the front surface of the paving stone, and the color of concrete on the side walls of the paving stone.
