Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny zlew, przejawiajacy sie w ukladzie linii, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Zlew wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci przeprofilowan na powierzchni poziomej, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 i 2. Zlew wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 o ksztalt prostopadloscianu z czworokatnym zaglebieniem i otworem wpustowym i profilowana plaska powierzchnie oraz z otworami montazowymi, posiada w widoku z góry cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci profilowania o ksztalcie dwóch linii zaginajacych sie pod katem prostym, wspólksztaltnie z plaska powierzchnia pozioma, przy czym linie te poczatek i koniec maja na laczeniu plaskiej powierzchni z komora zlewu i powtarzaja sie w podobnej odleglosci od siebie, zas przy jednym z wezszych boków zlewu, na jego górze i dole, umieszczone sa dwa otwory montazowe, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. The sink according to the pattern has essential features of an industrial design in the form of re-profiling on the horizontal surface, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and 2. The sink according to the pattern shown in fig. 1, in the shape of a cuboid with a quadrangular recess and an inlet hole and a profiled flat surface and with mounting holes, has, in a top view, essential features of an industrial design in the form of profiling in the shape of two lines bending at a right angle, co-shaped with the flat horizontal surface, where these lines begin and end at the connection of the flat surface with the sink chamber and repeat at a similar distance from each other, and at one of the narrower sides of the sink, at its top and bottom, two mounting holes are located, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.
