Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltownik w postaci wzdluznego profilu, przez- naczony do wykonywania obudów lamp oswietleniowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac ksztaltownika, która oprócz walorów konstrukcyjnych ma cechy estetyczne przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów ksztaltownika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia ksztaltownik w korzystnej odmianie wykonania, w widoku z boku, w perspektywie, fig. 2 przedstawia ksztaltownik w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, w widoku od czola. The essence of the design is a new form of the section, which, in addition to its structural qualities, possesses aesthetic features manifested in its shape and in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements of the section. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the section in a preferred embodiment, in a side view, in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the section in a first embodiment, in a front view. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the profile has an upper plate having on its upper surface longitudinal ribs 1 of rectangular cross-section, arranged in three sets of four ribs 1 each, wherein the spacing between the ribs 1 in each set is equal, the height and width of the ribs 1 are also equal, and one set is placed on the axis of the profile, symmetrically, two ribs 1 on each side of the axis, and the last ribs 1 of the two outer sets of ribs 1, placed symmetrically with respect to the axis of the profile, are placed along the edge of the base. In the spacing between the sets of ribs 1, in the middle of the spacing, there are two pairs of projections 2 of semicircular cross-section, the ends of which are turned towards each other and open upwards. At the ends of the top plate are two side walls 3, angled downward. These walls form an obtuse angle with the top wall, so that the section has the cross-section of an isosceles trapezoid. The ends of the side walls 3 are bent at an obtuse angle outward, so that they are parallel to the top plate. On the side walls 3, at the common edge of the side walls and the top plate, and at the edges along which the ends of the side walls 3 are bent, there are two pairs of projections 2, identical to those on the top plate, with a semicircular cross-section, the ends of which face each other and open upward.
