Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztaltownik w postaci wzdluznego profilu, prze- znaczony do wykonywania obudów lamp oswietleniowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac ksztaltownika, która oprócz walorów konstrukcyjnych ma cechy estetyczne przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów ksztaltownika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia ksztaltownik w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, w widoku boku, w perspektywie, fig. 2 przedstawia ksztaltownik w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, w widoku od czola, fig. 3 przedstawia ksztaltownik w drugiej odmianie wykonania, w widoku boku, w perspektywie, fig. 4 przedstawia ksztaltownik w drugiej odmianie wykonania, w widoku od czola. Ksztaltownik w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 1 i fig. 2, ma podstawe, majaca na górnej powierzchni dwie równolegle scianki, umieszczone symetrycznie wzgledem osi ksztaltownika, z odstepem od krawedzi bocznych podstawy, kazda zakonczona dwoma wypustami 1 prostopadlymi do scianek, skierowanymi do wewnatrz, umieszczonymi z odstepem od siebie, oraz dwie pary wystepów 2, o przekroju pólkolistym, otwartych ku górze. Górna powierzchnia podstawy ksztaltownika przechodzi plynnie w dwie skierowane w dól scianki, tworzace z podstawa w przekroju trapez równoramienny, przy czym na koncach skierowane w dól scianki maja koliscie zagiete koncówki 4 majace od wewnatrz kanal o przekroju zblizonym do litery "U". Podstawa ma na dolnej powierzchni, przy przejsciu w scianki skierowane w dól scianki dwa wystepy 3 o przekroju prostokatnym. Ksztaltownik w drugiej odmianie wykonania, jak to uwidoczniono na fig. 3 i fig. 4, ma podstawe, majaca szerokosc powiekszona w porównaniu do szerokosci podstawy ksztaltownika w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, przy czym na górnej powierzchni ma dwie równolegle scianki, umieszczone symetrycznie wzgledem osi ksztaltownika, z odstepem od krawedzi bocznych podstawy, których odleglosc wzajemna jest identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie wykonania, kazda zakonczona dwoma wypustami 1 prostopadlymi do scianek, skierowanymi do wewnatrz, umieszczonymi z odstepem od siebie, oraz dwie pary wystepów 2, o przekroju pólkolistym, otwartych ku górze. Podstawa ksztaltownika przechodzi plynnie w dwie skierowane w dól scianki tworzace z podstawa w przekroju trapez równoramienny, przy czym na koncach skierowane w dól scianki maja koliscie zagiete koncówki 4, majace od wewnatrz kanal o przekroju zblizonym do litery "U". Przejscie górnej powierzchni podstawy w skierowane w dól scianki stanowi zaokraglona powierzchnie natomiast na dolnej powierzchni podstawy w osi ksztaltownika umieszczony jest wystep 3’ o przekroju prostokatnym skierowany do dolu. The essence of the design is a new form of the section, which, in addition to its structural qualities, possesses aesthetic features manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements of the section. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the section in its first embodiment, in a side view, in perspective; Fig. 2 shows the section in its first embodiment, in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the section in its second embodiment, in a side view, in perspective; Fig. 4 shows the section in its second embodiment, in a front view. The first variant of the profile, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, has a base having on its upper surface two parallel walls, placed symmetrically with respect to the axis of the profile, spaced from the side edges of the base, each terminated with two projections 1 perpendicular to the walls, directed inwards and spaced apart, and two pairs of projections 2, with a semicircular cross-section, open upwards. The upper surface of the base of the profile smoothly merges into two downward-directed walls, forming with the base an isosceles trapezoid in cross-section, while at the ends of the downward-directed walls have circularly bent tips 4 having on the inside a channel with a cross-section similar to the letter "U". The base has two projections 3 of rectangular cross-section on its lower surface, at the transition to the walls directed downwards. The profile in the second embodiment, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, has a base with an increased width compared to the width of the base of the profile in the first embodiment, while on the upper surface it has two parallel walls, placed symmetrically with respect to the axis of the profile, with a distance from the side edges of the base, the mutual distance of which is identical to that in the first embodiment, each terminated with two projections 1 perpendicular to the walls, directed inwards, placed at a distance from each other, and two pairs of projections 2 of semicircular cross-section, open upwards. The base of the profile smoothly transitions into two downward-facing walls, which together with the base form an isosceles trapezoid in cross-section, with the downward-facing walls having circularly bent tips 4 at their ends, having a channel with a cross-section similar to the letter "U" on the inside. The transition from the upper surface of the base to the downward-facing walls is a rounded surface, while on the lower surface of the base, in the axis of the profile, there is a projection 3' with a rectangular cross-section directed downwards. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The section in the first variant of the design has a base with two parallel walls on the upper surface, placed symmetrically in relation to the axis of the section, with a distance from the side edges of the base, each terminated with two projections 1, perpendicular to the walls, directed inwards, placed with a distance from each other, and two pairs of projections 2, with a semicircular cross-section, open upwards, and two walls directed downwards, forming with the base in cross-section an isosceles trapezoid, while at the ends of the downwards walls have circularly bent tips 4, having on the inside a channel with a cross-section similar to the letter "U". 2. The first variant of the profile has a smooth transition of the upper surface of the base into the walls directed downwards, while on the lower surface of the base at the transition into the walls directed downwards it has two projections 3 of rectangular cross-section. 3. The section in the second variant of the construction has a base with a width greater than the width of the base in the first variant of the construction, having on the upper surface two parallel walls placed symmetrically in relation to the axis of the section, with a distance from the side edges of the base and with a distance in relation to each other as in the first variant of the construction, each terminated with two projections 1, perpendicular to the walls, directed inwards, placed in a distance from each other, two pairs of projections 2, with a semicircular cross-section, open upwards, and two walls directed downwards, forming with the base in cross-section an isosceles trapezoid, while at the ends of the walls directed downwards they have circularly bent tips 4, having on the inside a channel with a cross-section similar to the letter "U". 4. The second variant of the shape has a smooth transition from the upper surface of the base to the walls directed downwards, while on the lower surface of the base it has a downward projection 3 with a rectangular cross-section in the shape's axis.
