Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny stylizowany zlew, przejawiajacy sie w ukladzie linii, elementów i polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Stylizowany zlew wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci przeprofilowan na powierzchni poziomej, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 i 2. Stylizowany zlew wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 o ksztalt prostopadloscianu ze stylizowanym zaglebieniem, otworem wpustowym i profilowana plaska powierzchnie oraz z otworami montazowymi, posiada w widoku z góry cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci profilowania o ksztalcie dwóch linii (1) zaczynajacych sie przy stylizowanych narozach (3) komory zlewu i rozchodzacych sie lekkim wypuklym lukiem na boki zlewu, przy czym wspólksztaltnie do nich, w srodkowej czesci plaskiej powierzchni zlewu, umieszczone sa dwa profilowania (2) rozchodzace sie równiez lekkim lukiem w kierunku brzegów zlewu, zas komora zlewu uksztaltowana jest w ten sposób, ze stylizowane naroza (3) przy polaczeniu z plaska powierzchnia zlewu sa w ksztalcie 1/4 walca, zas po przeciwleglej stronie naroza (4) sa uksztaltowane pod katem prostym, zas w osi symetrii zlewu, przy jego górnym i dolnym brzegu, umieszczone sa dwa otwory montazowe, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. The stylized sink according to the pattern has essential features of an industrial design in the form of reprofiling on the horizontal surface, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and 2. The stylized sink according to the pattern shown in fig. 1, in the shape of a cuboid with a stylized recess, a recessed opening and a profiled flat surface as well as with mounting holes, has, in a top view, essential features of an industrial design in the form of profiling in the shape of two lines (1) starting at the stylized corners (3) of the sink bowl and spreading in a slight convex arc to the sides of the sink, wherein co-shaped to them, in the central part of the flat surface of the sink, there are two profilings (2) placed, also spreading in a slight arc towards the edges of the sink, and the sink bowl is shaped in such a way that the stylized corners (3) when connected with a flat surface of the sink are in the shape of a 1/4 cylinder, while on the opposite side the corners (4) are shaped at a right angle, and in the axis of symmetry of the sink, at its upper and lower edges, two mounting holes are placed, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. The stylized sink according to the pattern shown in fig. 2, in the shape of a cuboid with a stylized recess, a recessed hole and a profiled flat surface as well as with mounting holes, has in a perspective view the essential features of an industrial design in the form of profiling in the shape of two lines (1) starting at the stylized corners (3) of the sink chamber and diverging in a slight convex arc to the sides of the sink, while in a co-shape with them, in the central part of the flat surface of the sink, two profilings (2) are placed diverging also with a slight arc towards the edges of the sink, and the sink bowl is shaped in such a way that the stylized corners (3) when connected to the flat surface of the sink are in the shape of a 1/4 cylinder, while on the opposite side the corners (4) are shaped at a right angle, and in the axis of symmetry of the sink, at its upper and lower edges, there are two mounting holes, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2.PL 19489 3 Illustration of the patternPL 19489 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
