Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element budowlany stanowiacy tylna sciane ekranu akustycznego z wyprofilowana na jednej z plaszczyzn elewacja. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac elementu budowlanego stanowiacego tylna sciane ekranu akustycznego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja elementowi budowlanemu, na jednej z plaszczyzn, swoisty i oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia element budowlany w widoku ogólnym od frontu, a Fig. 2 przedstawia element budowlany w widoku ogólnym z boku. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 element budowlany charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonany jest przez wylanie plynnego betonu do formy z uksztaltowana od wewnatrz falista powierzchnia, zas po wyschnieciu betonu, powstaje tylna sciana elementu budowlanego z nowa faktura powierzchni w postaci regularnie usytuowanych nadlewów i wglebien w formie rowków falistych równoleglych do dluzszego boku elementu budowlanego stanowiacych odzwierciedlenie powierzchni odlewniczej formy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the construction element constituting the rear wall of the acoustic screen, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give the construction element, on one of its surfaces, a unique and original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the construction element in a general front view, and Fig. 2 shows the construction element in a general side view. According to the industrial design and as disclosed in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the building element is characterized in that it is made by pouring liquid concrete into a mold with an internally shaped corrugated surface. After the concrete dries, the rear wall of the building element is created with a new surface texture in the form of regularly arranged risers and recesses in the form of corrugated grooves parallel to the longer side of the building element, which constitute a reflection of the surface of the casting mold.
