Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest latarenka witrazowa. Latarenka witrazowa jest przeznaczona do uzytku sakralnego. Wykonana jest w calosci ze szkla floatowego. Uzyte szklo floatowe moze byc przezroczyste lub mleczne oraz kolorowe. Latarenka sklada sie z trzech zasadniczych czesci, wzajemnie sklejonych tj. daszku, obudowy i podstawki. Kazda uzyta czesc do lampionu jest gieta na formach w piecu szklarskim. Poszczególne czesci sa malowane farbami szklarskimi. Czesc przednia i boczne obudowy sa oklejane obrobionymi graficznie kalkomaniami termicznymi na wzór witrazu. Czesc tylna obudowy jest otwarta i sluzy do wkladania przez nia do srodka wkladu, zwykle w postaci swiecy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i uzytym do jego wytworzenia materiale. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 1a, przedstawiono lampion wykonany ze szkla floatowego, którego istotna cecha jest to, ze posiada daszek o ksztalcie plaszczyzny prostokatnej, podgietej w dól, wzdluznie i pólkoliscie, a na czubku której, centralnie zamieszczony jest wzdluz uchwyt o podobnym ksztalcie, z podgieciem o stosunkowo mniejszym promieniu i o dlugosci krótszej niz plaszczyzna daszka. Daszek do obudowy jest przyklejony wzdluz jego krawedzi dluzszych. Pod daszkiem jest zawarta obudowa, cechujaca sie tym, ze posiada pelna scianke przednia i boczne, a otwarta scianke tylna. Podstawe lampionu stanowi podstawka przyklejona do obudowy. The stained glass lantern is intended for religious use. It is made entirely of float glass. The float glass used can be transparent, opal, or colored. The lantern consists of three basic parts, glued together: the roof, the housing, and the base. Each part of the lantern is bent on molds in a glass furnace. Individual parts are painted with glass paints. The front and sides of the housing are covered with graphically processed thermal decals resembling a stained glass window. The rear part of the housing is open and serves to accommodate an insert, usually in the form of a candle. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and the material used to create it. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, which in Figures 1 and 1a depict a float glass lantern. Its essential feature is a rectangular roof, curved downward lengthwise and semicircularly. At the tip of the roof, a similarly shaped handle is centrally located, with a curve of a relatively smaller radius and shorter length than the roof surface. The roof is glued to the housing along its longer edges. Beneath the roof is the housing, characterized by a solid front and side walls and an open rear wall. The base of the lantern is a stand glued to the housing.
