Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac klosza przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltach nadajacych mu oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klosz znicza elektrycznego w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - klosz znicza elektrycznego w widoku z góry a fig. 3 - klosz w widoku aksonometrycznym od dolu. Klosz znicza elektrycznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt plomienia, wytwarzany jest z tworzywa sztucznego i przeznaczony jest do mocowania na górnej powierzchni pojemnika na baterie. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the lampshade, manifested in the features of contour lines and shapes that give it an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the lampshade of the electric votive candle from the front, Fig. 2 - the lampshade from above, and Fig. 3 - the lampshade from below. The lampshade of the electric votive candle, according to the industrial design, is flame-shaped, made of plastic, and designed to be mounted on the top surface of a battery container. The lampshade protects the electric diode attached to the container and, together with the container, creates an electric votive candle. Using the lampshade according to the industrial design in an electric votive candle allows for the effect of a naturally burning candle. An electric votive candle with an industrial design shade can be used as a standalone votive candle or as an insert in the glass casing of traditional votive candles.
