Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny wklad detergentowy do koszyka w muszli klozetowej. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac wkladu detergentowego poprzez oryginalne uksztalto- wanie bryly. W dokumentach rejestracji wspólnotowych wzorów: – RCD 02410514-0001 z 2014 r. uwidoczniony jest wklad detergentowy w postaci waleczków umieszczony w koszyku z kilkoma gniazdami, do zawieszenia w muszli klozetowej, przy czym wcze- sniej ujawnione byly wklady w postaci kulek w koszyku z wieloma gniazdami, przedstawione w publi- kacji RCD 001647579-0002 z 2009 r. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w pelni na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Wklad detergentowy uwidoczniono na figurach rysunku, które ukazuja: Fig. 1 – rzut glównej scianki o ksztalcie czworokata, a Fig. 2 – widok ukosny tego prostopadloscianu, Fig. 3 – rzut glównej scianki o ksztalcie szesciokata, a Fig. 4 – tego prostopadloscianu, Fig. 5 – rzut glównej scianki o ksztalcie osmiokata, a Fig. 6 – widok ukosny tego prostopadloscianu. Jak pokazano na figurach rysunku, wzór posiada swoisty wyglad nadany mu poprzez nizej wy- szczególnione cechy istotne: – wspólna cecha istotna wzoru jest uksztaltowanie, gdzie wymiar wysokosci wkladu jest mniej- szy niz przekatna glównej scianki, stanowiacej podstawe wkladu w postaci prostopadloscianu, przy czym glówna scianka ma ksztalt wielokata o wyoblonych narozach, jak pokazano na Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5 i w widoku ukosnym na Fig. 2, Fig. 4 i Fig. 6. Ponadto poszczególne odmiany róznia sie dodatkowo miedzy soba tym, ze: Odmiana I wzoru – posiada glówna scianke o ksztalcie czworokata z wyoblonymi narozami, jak pokazano na Fig. 1 i w widoku ukosnym na Fig. 2. Odmiana II wzoru – posiada glówna scianke o ksztalcie szesciokata z wyoblonymi narozami, jak pokazano na Fig. 3 i w widoku ukosnym na Fig. 4. Odmiana III wzoru – posiada glówna scianke o ksztalcie osmiokata z wyoblonymi narozami, jak pokazano na Fig. 1 i w widoku ukosnym na Fig. 2. Wklad jest uksztaltowana bryla prostopadloscienna na podstawie wielokata o wyoblonych naro- zach, której wymiar wysokosci wkladu jest mniejszy niz przekatna glównej scianki, stanowiacej pod- stawe wkladu. Wklad wykonany w postaci wzoru nadaje bryle wkladu detergentowego swoisty i oryginalny wy- glad, niespotykany dotychczas w tego typu wytworach. Wklady detergentowe oferowane sa lacznie z koszykiem lub oddzielnie w miejsce zuzytych wkladów do koszyka w muszli klozetowej. Cechy istotne wzoru 1. The subject of the industrial design is a new and original detergent cartridge for a toilet bowl basket. The new form of the detergent cartridge provides an aesthetic effect through its original shape. The Community design registration documents: – RCD 02410514-0001 of 2014 show a detergent cartridge in the form of cylinders placed in a basket with several slots, to be hung in a toilet bowl, whereas previously cartridges in the form of balls in a basket with many slots were disclosed, presented in publication RCD 001647579-0002 of 2009. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the design in question are fully visible in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and illustrate, together with the description of the design, the features that are important in the scope of the requested legal protection. The detergent cartridge is shown in the figures of the drawing, which show: Fig. 1 – a view of the main wall in the shape of a quadrangle, and Fig. 2 – an oblique view of this cuboid, Fig. 3 – a view of the main wall in the shape of a hexagon, and Fig. 4 – this cuboid, Fig. 5 – a view of the main wall in the shape of an octagon, and Fig. 6 – an oblique view of this cuboid. As shown in the figures in the drawing, the pattern has a specific appearance given to it by the essential features specified below: – a common essential feature of the pattern is the shape, where the height dimension of the insert is smaller than the diagonal of the main wall, which constitutes the base of the insert in the form of a cuboid, wherein the main wall has the shape of a polygon with rounded corners, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and in the oblique view in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6. Furthermore, the individual varieties additionally differ from each other in that: Variation I of the pattern – has a main wall in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, as shown in Fig. 1 and in the oblique view in Fig. 2. Variation II of the pattern – has a main wall in the shape of a hexagon with rounded corners, as shown in Fig. 1 and in the oblique view in Fig. 2. corners, as shown in Fig. 3 and in the oblique view in Fig. 4. Design variant III – has an octagonal main wall with rounded corners, as shown in Fig. 1 and in the oblique view in Fig. 2. The insert is a cuboid shaped solid based on a polygon with rounded corners, the height of which is smaller than the diagonal of the main wall that forms the base of the insert. The insert, made in the form of a pattern, gives the detergent insert a unique and original appearance, previously unseen in products of this type. Detergent inserts are offered with a basket or separately to replace used inserts for the toilet bowl basket. Essential features of the design 1. A detergent cartridge for a basket in a toilet bowl, characterized in that the height dimension of the cartridge is smaller than the diagonal of the main wall constituting the base of the cuboid, wherein the main wall has the shape of a polygon with rounded corners, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and in an oblique view in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6. 2.
