Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny wklad detergentowy do koszyka w muszli klozetowej. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia nowa postac wkladu detergentowego poprzez oryginalne uksztalto- wanie bryly. W dokumentach rejestracji wspólnotowych wzorów: – RCD 02410514-0001 z 2014 r. uwidoczniony jest wklad detergentowy w postaci walecz- ków umieszczony w koszyku z kilkoma gniazdami, do zawieszenia w muszli klozetowej, przy czym wczesniej ujawnione byly wklady w postaci kulek w koszyku z wieloma gniaz- dami, przedstawione w publikacji RCD 001647579-0002 z 2009 r. Przejawy przemyslowej twórczosci wzorniczej, które zakreslaja istote przedmiotowego wzoru uwidoczniono w pelni na rysunkach, stanowiacych integralna czesc zgloszenia i ilustrujacych wraz z opisem wzoru cechy istotne w zakresie zadanej ochrony prawnej. Wklad detergentowy uwidoczniono na figurach rysunku, które ukazuja: Fig. 1 – rzut glównej scianki o ksztalcie elipsy, a Fig. 2 – widok ukosny bryly. Jak pokazano na figurach rysunku, wzór posiada swoisty wyglad nadany mu poprzez nizej wy- szczególnione cechy istotne: – cecha istotna wzoru jest uksztaltowanie, gdzie wymiar wysokosci wkladu jest mniejszy niz przekatna glównej scianki, stanowiacej podstawe wkladu, przy czym glówna scianka ma ksztalt bliski elipsie 5, jak pokazano na Fig. 9 i w widoku ukosnym na Fig. 10. Wklad jest uksztaltowana bryla na podstawie elipsy, której wymiar wysokosci wkladu jest mniej- szy niz przekatna glównej scianki, stanowiacej podstawe wkladu. Wklad wykonany w postaci wzoru nadaje bryle wkladu detergentowego swoisty i oryginalny wy- glad, niespotykany dotychczas w tego typu wytworach. Wklady detergentowe oferowane sa lacznie z koszykiem lub oddzielnie w miejsce zuzytych wkladów do koszyka w muszli klozetowej. Cechy istotne wzoru 1. Wklad detergentowy do koszyka w muszli klozetowej, znamienny tym, ze wymiar wy- sokosci wkladu jest mniejszy niz przekatna glównej scianki, stanowiacej podstawe, przy czym glówna scianka ma ksztalt bliski elipsie 5, jak pokazano na Fig. 1 i w widoku uko- snym na Fig. 2. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new form of the detergent insert through the original shape of the body. The Community design registration documents: – RCD 02410514-0001 of 2014 show a detergent cartridge in the form of cylinders placed in a basket with several sockets, for hanging in a toilet bowl, whereas previously cartridges in the form of balls in a basket with many sockets were disclosed, presented in publication RCD 001647579-0002 of 2009. The manifestations of industrial design creativity, which define the essence of the design in question, are fully visible in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and illustrate, together with the description of the design, the features essential for the scope of the sought legal protection. The detergent insert is shown in the drawing figures, which show: Fig. 1 – a projection of the main wall in the shape of an ellipse, and Fig. 2 – an oblique view of the solid. As shown in the drawing figures, the design has a specific appearance given to it by the essential features specified below: – an essential feature of the design is a shape, where the height dimension of the insert is smaller than the diagonal of the main wall, which is the base of the insert, and the main wall has a shape close to an ellipse 5, as shown in Fig. 9 and in the oblique view in Fig. 10. The insert is a shaped solid based on an ellipse, the height dimension of which is smaller than the diagonal of the main wall, which is the base of the insert. The insert made in the form of a pattern gives the body of the detergent insert a specific and original appearance, previously unseen in products of this type. The detergent inserts are offered together with a basket or separately in place of used inserts for a basket in a toilet bowl. Essential features of the pattern 1.
