Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel modulowy przeznaczony do siedzenia i/lub lezenia. Nowy indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w prostym, geometrycznym ksztalcie elementu modulowego oraz w cechach dekoracyjnych nadajacych meblom odrózniajacy wizualnie wyglad. Mebel modulowy zbudowany jest z podstawowego elementu modularnego o ksztalcie zblizonym do szescianu stanowiacego blok tapicerowany, prostokatnej plyty i elementów dekoracyjnych. Bloki tapicerowane uklada sie poziomo w rzedach i szeregach tworzac podstawe mebla modulowego, która stanowi miejsce do siedzenia i/lub lezenia. Prostokatne plyty ustawione pionowo i dolaczone do bloków tapicerowanych stanowia oparcie. Bloki tapicerowane zestawia sie obok siebie dobierajac kontrastowe kolory i wzory sasiednich bloków. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym od Fig. 1 do Fig. 6 przedstawiono odmiany mebla modulowego. Mebel modulowy w odmianie pierwszej, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, ma miejsce do siedzenia i/lub lezenia w ksztalcie litery „C". Wzdluz dluzszego boku zestawu oraz po obu jego bokach zainstalowano prostokatne plyty. Elementy dekoracyjne stanowia poduszki o zróznicowanych wymiarach. Mebel modulowy w odmianie drugiej, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 2, ma miejsce do siedzenia i/lub lezenia w ksztalcie litery „L". Wzdluz dwóch zewnetrznych boków zestawu zainstalowano prostokatne plyty. Elementy dekoracyjne stanowia poduszki o zróznicowanych wymiarach. Mebel modulowy w odmianie trzeciej jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3 ma miejsce do siedzenia i/lub lezenia w ksztalcie litery „L". Wzdluz czesci dwóch zewnetrznych boków zestawu zainstalowano prostokatne plyty. Elementy dekoracyjne stanowia poduszki o zróznicowanych wymiarach. Mebel modulowy w odmianie czwartej, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 4, ma miejsce do siedzenia i/ lub lezenia zlozone z duzego kwadratowego pola i dwóch mniejszych prostokatnych pól. Wzdluz dluzszego zewnetrznego boku zestawu zainstalowano prostokatne plyty. Elementy dekoracyjne stanowia poduszki o zróznicowanych wymiarach. Mebel modulowy w odmianie piatej, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 5, ma miejsce do siedzenia i/lub lezenia w ksztalcie litery „L". Wzdluz dwóch zewnetrznych boków zestawu zainstalowano prostokatne plyty. Elementy dekoracyjne stanowia poduszki o zróznicowanych wymiarach. Mebel modulowy w odmianie szóstej, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 6, ma prostokatne miejsce do lezenia. The new, individual character of the industrial design is evident in the simple, geometric shape of the modular element and in the decorative features that give the furniture a visually distinctive appearance. The modular piece of furniture is composed of a basic modular element with a cube-like shape, constituting an upholstered block, a rectangular board, and decorative elements. The upholstered blocks are arranged horizontally in rows and arrays, creating the base of the modular furniture, which provides a place to sit and/or lie. The vertical rectangular boards attached to the upholstered blocks provide the backrest. The upholstered blocks are placed side by side, matching the contrasting colors and patterns of the adjacent blocks. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows variations of the modular furniture from Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. The first variant of modular furniture, as shown in Fig. 1, has a place for sitting and/or lying in the shape of the letter "C". Rectangular boards are installed along the longer side of the set and on both sides. The decorative elements are pillows of various dimensions. The second variant of modular furniture, as shown in Fig. 2, has a place for sitting and/or lying in the shape of the letter "L". Rectangular boards are installed along the two outer sides of the set. The decorative elements are pillows of various dimensions. The third variant of modular furniture, as shown in Fig. 3, has a place for sitting and/or lying in the shape of the letter "L". Rectangular boards are installed along parts of the two outer sides of the set. The decorative elements are pillows of various dimensions. The fourth variant of modular furniture, as shown in Fig. 4, has a seating and/or lying area composed of a large square field and two smaller rectangular fields. Rectangular boards are installed along the longer outer side of the set. Decorative elements are cushions of various dimensions. The fifth variant of modular furniture, as shown in Fig. 5, has an L-shaped seating and/or lying area. Rectangular boards are installed along the two outer sides of the set. Decorative elements are cushions of various dimensions. The sixth variant of modular furniture, as shown in Fig. 6, has a rectangular lying area. Rectangular boards are installed along part of the longer sides of the set. Decorative elements are cushions of various dimensions.
