Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 4 stycznia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do przechowywania produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza jogurtu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwszy wariant pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - drugi wariant pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym. Zgodnie ze wzorem i jak pokazano na rysunkach, pojemnik o podstawie kolaposiadajacy pokrywa charakteryzuje sie tym, w pierwszym wariancie wykonania, od podstawy do polowy wysokosci ma ksztalt cylindryczny, po czym rozszerza sie ku górze ku krawedzi górnej, na której osadzona jest pokrywa pojemnika posiadajaca wyprofilowania. Wzdluz boków umieszczone sa symetrycznie wyprofilowania o ksztalcie wycinków obreczy, pomiedzy nimi znajduje sie pas, który przytwierdzony jest do krawedzi zewnetrznej a w okolo polowy szerokosci pokrywy jest zgiety i skierowany ku wnetrzu pojemnika, po czym w okolo 1/3 szerokosci pojemnika wygiety jest ku górze ku przeciwleglej krawedzi zewnetrznej pojemnika. Wyprofilowania o ksztalcie wycinków obreczy posiadaja wzdluz krawedzi zewnetrznych prostokatne wystepy. W drugim wariancie wykonania, przy podstawie pojemnik posiada sciecie, po czym rozszerza sie ku górze ku krawedzi górnej, na której osadzona jest pokrywa pojemnika posiadajaca wyprofilowania. Wzdluz boków umieszczone sa symetrycznie wyprofilowania o ksztalcie wycinków obreczy, których czesci wewnetrzne obnizaja sie ku srodkowi pojemnika, pomiedzy nimi przy krawedzi zewnetrznej usytuowany jest wypukly element o ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata z wystepem wzdluz krawedzi zewnetrznej, przy czym wierzcholek trójkata umieszczony jest w okolo polowy szerokosci pojemnika. Wyprofilowania o ksztalcie wycinków obreczy posiadaja wzdluz krawedzi zewnetrznych trójkatne wystepy. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from January 4, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a container intended for storing food products, particularly yogurt. The essence of the design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the container in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the second variant of the container in a perspective view. According to the design and as shown in the drawings, the container with a circular base and a lid is characterized by the fact that, in the first variant, it is cylindrical from the base to halfway up, after which it widens upwards to the upper edge, on which the container lid with a profile is mounted. Symmetrically placed along the sides are profiles shaped like sections of a rim. Between them is a strip attached to the outer edge. Around halfway across the lid, it is bent and directed towards the container's interior. Then, around one-third of the container's width, it is bent upwards towards the opposite outer edge. The rim-shaped profiles have rectangular protrusions along their outer edges. In the second variant, the container has a bevel at the base and then widens upwards towards the upper edge, on which the container's profiled lid is mounted. Symmetrically placed along the sides are rim-shaped profiles, the inner parts of which slope down toward the center of the container. Between them, at the outer edge, is a convex element roughly shaped like a triangle with a protrusion along the outer edge, with the triangle's apex located approximately halfway across the container. The rim-shaped profiles have triangular protrusions along their outer edges.
