The essence of the industrial design is a new form of labeling manifested in a graphic composition aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is shown in the attached illustration. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN In accordance with the industrial design, the label is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a multi-colored, vertical layout, in shades of brown and green, with a bipartite composition, where on the left side there is a landscape depicting a fragment of an undulating field with green bushes growing in regular rows and intervals, with a narrow strip of sky above the field, in front there is an ethnic figure of a man in a light hat with a brown ribbon, in light clothes, with a vessel attached to his belt, with a long stick in his hands, in front of which on the ground there are four light, open, sacks filled with brown grains and described with the words "Apis COFFEE", which words are placed in a couplet at the top "Apis" underneath "COFEE". The field with the figure and the bags is separated by a vertical brown graphic form, similar to a unilaterally convex lens, from the second part of the label composition in the color of coffee with milk, on which, from the top, in a darker frame, there is a word-graphic composition created by graphic forms in the form of a section of ribbon placed on a colored rectangle and inscriptions placed on both graphic forms, where the rectangle is a background in the color of coffee with milk, on which in light brown, large, Latin, block letters, in a fancy font stylized as "Mondial Plus Normal" in the upper part in a couplet "POZNA NSKA i "PALARNIA KAWY" is written, underlined as if in light brown, slightly wavy, sharp at both ends, in bold in the middle with a brush stroke, and at the bottom in the same font between two light brown thin wedges "OD 1973" is written, and above the rectangle there seems to be a floating brown ribbon, casting a light shadow on the bottom left and on the top right, with the word "ASTRA" written horizontally in large, white capital letters in a fancy font similar to "Mondial Plus Bold". Another verbal and graphic composition is the couplet "Apis, THE POWER OF CAFFEINE, THE POWER OF EXCITEMENT", placed below, where in the top line there is the word "Apis" written in a fancy sans-serif font, in bold Latin letters filled with brown color, where the letter "A" is characteristic in that its left stem is as if part of a circle, it does not connect with the right stem but only with the middle element, the letter "p" has an asymmetrical belly with a convexity raised upwards, and the letter "s" has a horizontal upper and lower element, which are both cut at the same angle, while in the bottom line there is the inscription "THE POWER OF CAFFEINE, THE POWER OF EXCITEMENT", written in brown, Latin, capital capital letters, in a font stylized to "Arial". The next graphic element - moving downwards - is a white cup filled with coffee with a delicate foam, from which a mist of aroma rises, placed on a quadrangular saucer with the upper edges sloping downwards and one corner cut off. The cup has a handle in the shape of a modified teardrop with the apex turned downwards, and a base in the shape of a quadrangle. The cup partially overlaps the image of a field with plants and a working man.
