The developed packaging decorations are intended for placing food products in them, i.e. confectionery products, especially in the form of wafers. The industrial design submitted for protection is presented in illustration fig. 1, while fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4 present its subsequent forms, i.e. varieties of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) packaging decoration - fig. 1, 2) green packaging decoration with the inscription "Pierka wafelowe orzechowe peanuts" - fig. 2, 3) blue packaging decoration with the inscription "Pierka wafelowe o smietankowym cream" - fig. 3, 4) red packaging decoration with the inscription "Pierka wafelowe o smietankowym cream" - fig. 4. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration fig. 1 - packaging decoration, is that it consists of: - a substantially rectangular, shaded brown field, on the surface of which there are visible drawings of white bird feathers and white lines, shaded with brown, what - the white-gray upper and lower edges of this field are slightly torn, like a torn piece of paper; - above the upper edge of the field, in the center, there is a shaded, white-brown, fanciful drawing of a teddy bear's head, which partially covers four shaded hearts with their sharp ends turned towards each other; - below the drawing of the teddy bear there is an inscription "MI S" written in large, brown letters; - below the upper edge of the field there is a yellow inscription "Wafer feathers" written in fancy, small letters, apart from the first letter "P", which is a large letter a, and below it - the inscription "cocoa cocoa" written in a smaller font and small, yellow letters; - below the inscriptions, in the central part of the field there is a horizontal, basically rectangular, white field with rounded corners; - in the lower part of the packaging decoration, in the centre there is a fanciful drawing, made in shades of brown, beige and white, representing a composition made of two, slightly overlapping thin, filled wafers and cob shells with cocoa beans.
