The developed packaging decorations are intended for containing food products, i.e., confectionery products, particularly in the form of wafers. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, and 4 show its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) packaging decoration - fig. 1, 2) green packaging decoration with the inscription "wafer CUBES peanuts" - fig. 2, 3) white and blue packaging decoration with the inscription "wafer CUBES cream" - fig. 3, 4) red, burgundy and brown packaging decoration with the inscription "wafer CUBES vanilla" - fig. 4. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - packaging decoration, is that it consists of: - a basically rectangular, shaded, brown field, on which additionally fancifully blurred, shaded, beige and orange lines are placed, whereby - the white and grey upper and the lower edge of this field is slightly torn, like a torn piece of paper; - above the upper edge of the field, in the center there is a white, beige and brown fanciful drawing of a teddy bear's head, which partially covers four shaded hearts with their sharp ends turned towards each other; - below the teddy bear drawing, under the edge of the field, there is the inscription "MI S" written in large, brown letters, outlined with a white contour line; - to the left of the inscription "MI S" there is a white circular field, outlined by two light brown contour lines, with a light brown inscription between the contour lines: at the top: "od 1956" at the bottom: "since 1956", while in the centre - horizontally in two lines there is a light brown inscription: "55 lat 55 years"; - below the inscription "MI S" there is a inscription in three lines "wafer CUBES cocoa", with the word "wafer" written in a smaller font and in small white letters, the word "CUBES" written in large white letters and in larger font, and the word "cocoa" written in orange small letters; - under the word "cocoa" there is a horizontal, orange line, under which there is the inscription "Kokoa wafer cubes" written in white, lowercase letters except for the first letter "K", which is a capital letter, and the orange inscription "XXL", written in uppercase letters; - in the background of the inscription "Kokoa wafer cubes" there are three overlapping fancy, brown-beige-orange dice; - in the lower part of the field there is a fancy drawing made in shades of brown and beige, which shows: two cob shells with cocoa beans and a stack of rectangular, filled wafers; - the side parts of the packaging decoration contain the same inscriptions as the central part: "wafer CUBES cocoa" and an orange horizontal line, under which the following inscriptions are visible: white "Wafer Cubes cocoa" and orange "XXL"; - additionally, the side parts of the packaging decoration contain rectangular white fields at the bottom of the inscriptions.
