Opakowanie Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa: opakowanie i jego kolejne odmiany, które przedstawiaja czesc frontowa i boczna rozlozonego opakowania. Opracowane opakowanie przeznaczone jest do umieszczania w nim artykulów spozywczych, tj. wyrobów cukierniczych w postaci wafelków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1, natomiast fig.2 i fig.3 przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Wykaz odmian wzoru pr zemyslowego: 1) bialo - brazowe opakowanie z napisem „Libero wafle kakaowe" - fig.1, 2) zielono - brazowe opakowanie z napisem „Libero wafle orzechowe" - fig.2, 3) mleczno - bialo - niebieskie opakowanie z napisem „Libero wafle o smaku smietankowym" - fig.3. The developed packaging is intended for containing food products, i.e. confectionery products in the form of wafers. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Figs. 2 and 3 show its subsequent forms, i.e. variations of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) white and brown packaging with the inscription "Libero cocoa wafers" - Fig. 1, 2) green and brown packaging with the inscription "Libero nut wafers" - Fig. 2, 3) milky, white and blue packaging with the inscription "Libero cream-flavored wafers" - Fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 - the packaging - is that it consists of a field in the shape of a horizontally arranged rectangle, wherein - the background of this field is shaded, brown, illuminated in the central part with white, - the central part of the packaging consists of the inscription "Libero wafers kakaowe" written in fancy letters and placed slightly diagonally, where the first letter of the inscription "L" is capitalized, while the remaining letters are lowercase. The word "Libero" is written in a generally larger, brown font and placed above the part of the inscription "wafers kakaowe" written in a lighter brown color, with the word "wafers" written in a larger font than the word "kakaowe"; — below the inscription, slightly to the right, there is a fanciful drawing in shades of brown, which shows: shells with cocoa beans, scattered cocoa beans and a pile of loose cocoa, - 2 - — on the sides of the packaging there is a drawing showing several pieces of rectangular, light beige wafers with a dark brown filling, which are fancifully scattered; — in addition, in the left and top parts of the packaging there is an orange rectangle intended for placing e.g. the company logo, slightly overlapping the drawing of the wafers; — both in the top and bottom parts of the logo there is an analogous, but smaller, inscription "Libero wafle kakaowe", placed in one line, with the top inscription being inverted, and next to it there is an orange rectangle, connecting with the top edge of the orange rectangle placed in the central part of the packaging. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a green and brown packaging with the inscription "Libero wafers peanuts" - is that it consists of a field in the shape of a horizontally arranged rectangle, wherein - the background of this field is shaded, green, illuminated in the central part with white, - the central part of the packaging consists of the inscription "Libero wafers peanuts" written in fancy letters and placed slightly diagonally, where the first letter of the inscription "L" is capitalized, while the remaining letters are lowercase. The word "Libero" is written in a generally larger, brown font and placed above the green part of the inscription "wafers peanuts", with the word "wafers" written in a larger font than the word "orzechowe"; — below the inscription, slightly to the right, there is a fanciful drawing in shades of beige and brown, which shows peanut shells with kernels; — on the sides of the packaging there is a drawing showing several pieces of rectangular, light beige wafers with brown filling, which are fancifully scattered; — in addition, in the left and top parts of the packaging there is an orange rectangle intended for placing, for example, the company logo, slightly overlapping the drawing of the wafers; — both in the top and bottom parts of the logo there is an analogous, but smaller, inscription "Libero wafle orzechowe", placed in one line, - 3 - whereby the top inscription is inverted, and next to it there is an orange rectangle, connecting with the upper edge of the orange rectangle placed in the central part of the packaging. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 - a milky, white and blue packaging with the inscription "Libero wafers with a cream flavour" - is that it consists of a field in the shape of a horizontally placed rectangle, wherein - the background of this field is shaded, blue, illuminated in the central part with white colour, - the central part of the packaging consists of the inscription "Libero wafers with a cream flavour", made in fanciful letters and placed slightly diagonally, wherein the first letter of the inscription "L" is a capital letter, while the remaining letters are in lower case. The word "Libero" is generally written in a larger, brown font and placed above the blue part of the inscription "cream-flavoured wafers", with the word "wafers" being written in a larger font than the inscription "cream-flavoured"; — below the inscription, slightly to the right, there is a fanciful drawing showing: a milk bucket and, above and in front of it, white flowers with a yellow centre; — on the sides of the packaging, there is a drawing showing several pieces of rectangular, light beige wafers with a light filling, which are fancifully scattered; — additionally, in the left and top parts of the packaging, there is an orange rectangle intended for placing e.g. the company logo, slightly overlapping the drawing of the wafers; — both in the upper and lower part of the mark there is an analogous, but made in the same font and placed in one line, white and brown inscription "Libero wafers with cream flavour", where the upper inscription is inverted and next to it there is an orange rectangle, connecting with the upper edge of the orange rectangle placed in the central part of the packaging.- 4 - Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL
