Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa komputera klasy PC. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac obudowy komputera przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych: fig. 1 - obudowe komputera w widoku z przodu; fig. 2 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z boku; fig. 3 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiego boku; fig. 4 - obudowe z wlaczonym zasilaniem w widoku z przodu; fig. 5 - fragment przedniej czesci obudowy z wlaczonym zasilaniem wyposazonej w panel z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami w widoku z przodu; fig. 6 - odmiane obudowy z czerwonymi diodami LED w widoku z przodu; fig. 7 - fragment przedniej czesci tej samej obudowy z wlaczonym zasilaniem wyposazonej w panel z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami w widoku z przodu; ilustracja zbiorcza przedstawia dwie odmiany obudowy komputera w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Obudowa komputera, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 7, ma postac prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, prostokatnych sciankach: bocznych, górnej i spodniej. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i stanowi rame, o scietych do wewnatrz krawedziach bocznych i spodniej. W ramie tej jest osadzona metalowa kratownica powstala z ukladu heksagonalnych, drobnych otworów. Kratownica ta stanowi elektryczny ekran ochronny, zas jej otwory sluza takze przeplywowi powietrza wentylacyjnego. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wyposazona na górze w poprzeczny panel z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami. Przyciski sa okragle i wykonane z chromowanego metalu, wzglednie chromowanego tworzywa sztucznego. Na dole przedniej czesci obudowy, do wysokosci 1/3 wysokosci obudowy znajduje sie podswietlany diodami swiecacymi LED wentylator. Górne krawedzie scianek bocznych przedniej czesci obudowy sa od przodu zaopatrzone w pionowy przezroczysty, ozdobny pasek z tworzywa sztucznego biegnacy od góry w kierunku dolu. Paski te sluza do przeprowadzenia strumienia swiatla pochodzacego od umieszczonych wewnatrz obudowy diod swiecacych LED. Scianki boczne przedniej czesci obudowy sa z boku, na dole zaopatrzone w trzy ukosne i równolegle wzgledem siebie, zlobione linie. Obudowa jest wykonana w kolorze ciemnym, korzystnie czarnym. Obudowa komputera przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5 jest wyposazona w diody swiecace LED w kolorze niebieskim. The essence of the design is a new form of computer case, manifested in its shape and color. List of industrial design variations: 1. first variation – shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5; 2. second variation – shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7. Essential features of the industrial design: The computer housing, shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7, has the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and rectangular side, top, and bottom walls. The front part of the housing is made of plastic and forms a frame with inwardly beveled side and bottom edges. This frame contains a metal grid formed by a pattern of hexagonal, fine holes. This grid forms an electrical protective screen, and its holes also serve the flow of ventilation air. The front part of the housing is equipped with a transverse panel at the top with buttons, ports, and sockets. The buttons are circular and made of chrome-plated metal or chrome-plated plastic. At the bottom of the front of the case, extending to a height of one-third of the case height, is an LED-illuminated fan. The upper edges of the side walls of the front of the case are equipped with a vertical, transparent, decorative plastic strip running from top to bottom. These strips serve to direct the light beam from the LEDs located inside the case. The side walls of the front of the case are equipped with three diagonal, parallel grooved lines on the sides and bottom. The case is finished in a dark color, preferably black. The computer case shown in Figures 1 to 5 is equipped with blue LEDs.
