Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa komputera klasy PC. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac obudowy komputera przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych: fig. 1 - obudowe komputera w widoku z przodu; fig. 2 - fragment przedniej czesci obudowy wyposazonej w panel z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami w widoku z przodu; fig. 3 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z boku; fig. 4 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiego boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Obudowa komputera, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 4, ma postac prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, prostokatnych sciankach: bocznych, górnej i spodniej. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i stanowi rame, o nieznacznie scietych do wewnatrz krawedziach bocznych i spodniej. W ramie tej jest osadzona metalowa kratownica powstala z ukladu heksagonalnych, drobnych otworów. Kratownica ta stanowi elektryczny ekran ochronny, zas jej otwory sluza takze przeplywowi powietrza wentylacyjnego. Scianki boczne ramy wystaja do przodu i w widoku z boku maja ksztalt pieciokata o dlugiej, plaskiej podstawie, krótkich bokach i wierzcholku utworzonym przez dwa stykajace sie pod katem rozwartym dlugie boki. Wierzcholki znajduja sie w polowie scianki bocznej przedniej czesci obudowy. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wyposazona - na wysokosci nieco nizszej niz polowa wysokosci obudowy - w poprzeczny panel w kolorze srebrnym z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami. Przyciski sa okragle i wykonane z chromowanego metalu, wzglednie chromowanego tworzywa sztucznego. The essence of the design is a new form of computer case, manifested in its shape and color. The design is shown in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1 - the computer case, front view; Fig. 2 - a fragment of the front part of the case, equipped with a panel with buttons, ports, and slots, front view; Fig. 3 - the same case, perspective view from the side; Fig. 4 - the same case, perspective view from the other side. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The computer case, shown in Figs. 1 to 4, has the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and rectangular side, top, and bottom walls. The front part of the case is made of plastic and constitutes a frame with slightly inward-cut side and bottom edges. Embedded within this frame is a metal grid composed of a pattern of hexagonal, fine holes. This grid serves as an electrical protective screen, and its holes also serve to allow ventilation airflow. The frame's side walls protrude forward and, from a side view, have a pentagonal shape with a long, flat base, short sides, and a vertex formed by two long sides meeting at an obtuse angle. The vertices are located halfway down the side wall of the front of the case. The front of the case is equipped—at a height slightly lower than half the height of the case—with a silver cross panel containing buttons, ports, and slots. The buttons are circular and made of chrome-plated metal or chrome-plated plastic.
