Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa komputera klasy PC. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac obudowy komputera przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych: fig. 1 - obudowe komputera w widoku z przodu; fig. 2 - dolny fragment przedniej czesci obudowy w widoku z przodu; fig. 3 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z boku; fig. 4 - dolny fragment przedniej czesci obudowy w widoku perspektywicznym z boku; fig. 5 - obudowe z wlaczonym zasilaniem w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Obudowa komputera, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5, ma postac prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, prostokatnych sciankach: bocznych, górnej i spodniej. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i stanowi przestrzenna rame, o nieznacznie scietych do wewnatrz sciankach bocznych. W ramie tej, z przodu, jest osadzona metalowa kratownica powstala z ukladu heksagonalnych, drobnych otworów. Kratownica ta stanowi elektryczny ekran ochronny, zas jej otwory sluza takze przeplywowi powietrza wentylacyjnego. Rama jest z przodu, na dole zaopatrzona w szeroki poprzeczny pas z tworzywa sztucznego, który obejmuje równiez scianki boczne ramy. Nad tym pasem rama jest zaopatrzona w piec poprzecznych zeber, rozmieszczonych w równych odstepach od siebie od dolu do wysokosci okolo polowy wysokosci obudowy, przy czym zebra te obejmuja takze scianki boczne ramy i odpowiadaja ksztaltowi pasa znajdujacego sie ponizej. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wyposazona na górze w poprzeczny panel z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami. Dwa przyciski sa okragle i wykonane z chromowanego metalu, wzglednie chromowanego tworzywa sztucznego, przy czym jeden przycisk jest mniejszy od drugiego. Na dole przedniej czesci obudowy, pod zebrami, do wysokosci okolo 1/3 wysokosci obudowy znajduje sie wentylator podswietlany diodami swiecacymi LED, korzystnie w kolorze niebieskim. The essence of the design is a new form of computer case, manifested in its shape and color. The design is shown in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1 - the computer case, front view; Fig. 2 - the lower section of the front of the case, front view; Fig. 3 - the same case, side perspective view; Fig. 4 - the lower section of the front of the case, side perspective view; Fig. 5 - the case with the power supply turned on, front perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The computer case, shown in Figs. 1 to 5, has the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and rectangular side, top, and bottom walls. The front part of the case is made of plastic and constitutes a three-dimensional frame with side walls slightly beveled inward. Embedded in the front of this frame is a metal grid made of a pattern of hexagonal, fine holes. This grid serves as an electrical protective screen, and its holes also serve to ventilate the airflow. The frame is equipped with a wide transverse plastic strip at the front, which also covers the frame's side walls. Above this strip, the frame is equipped with five transverse ribs, spaced evenly from the bottom to a height of approximately half the height of the case. These ribs also cover the frame's side walls and follow the shape of the strip below. The front of the case is equipped with a transverse panel at the top with buttons, ports, and sockets. Two of the buttons are circular and made of chrome-plated metal or chrome-plated plastic, with one button smaller than the other. At the bottom of the front of the case, under the ribs, up to about 1/3 of the height of the case, there is a fan illuminated by LEDs, preferably blue.
