Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa komputera klasy PC. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac obudowy komputera przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych: fig. 1 - obudowe komputera w widoku z przodu; fig. 2 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z boku; fig. 3 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiego boku; fig. 4 - fragment górnej czesci obudowy wyposazonej w górny panel z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami w widoku z przodu; fig. 5 - obudowe z wlaczonym zasilaniem w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Obudowa komputera, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5, ma postac prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, prostokatnych sciankach: bocznych, górnej i spodniej. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i stanowi rame, o nieznacznie scietych do wewnatrz krawedziach bocznych. W ramie tej jest osadzona metalowa kratownica powstala z ukladu heksagonalnych, drobnych otworów. Kratownica ta stanowi elektryczny ekran ochronny, zas jej otwory sluza takze przeplywowi powietrza wentylacyjnego. Scianki boczne ramy wystaja nieznacznie do przodu. Obudowa jest na górze wyposazona w panel z przyciskami, portami i gniazdami wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego. Dlugosc na jaka siega ten górny panel odpowiada okolo 1/3 dlugosci obudowy komputera, przy czym panel ten jest wypukly, posiada nieznacznie sciete boczne krawedzie, zaokraglone krawedzie przednia i tylna, zas w widoku z góry ma ksztalt prostokata. Panel jest wyposazony w dwa przesuwne przyciski w ksztalcie prostokata oraz dwa przyciski w ksztalcie kwadratu z zaokraglonymi narozami, przy czym jeden przycisk jest nieco mniejszy od drugiego. Gniazda i porty znajduja sie w zaglebieniu w panelu. Na dole przedniej czesci obudowy, do wysokosci okolo 1/3 wysokosci obudowy znajduje sie wentylator podswietlany diodami swiecacymi LED, korzystnie w kolorze niebieskim. The essence of the design is a new form of computer case, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1 - the computer case, front view; Fig. 2 - the same case, perspective view from the side; Fig. 3 - the same case, perspective view from the other side; Fig. 4 - a front view of a fragment of the upper part of the case, equipped with a top panel with buttons, ports, and slots; Fig. 5 - a front perspective view of the case with the power supply turned on. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The computer case, shown in Figs. 1 to 5, has the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and rectangular side, top, and bottom walls. The front of the case is made of plastic and forms a frame with slightly beveled side edges. A metal grid made of a pattern of hexagonal, fine holes is embedded in this frame. This grid serves as an electrical protective shield, and its holes also serve as ventilation. The side walls of the frame protrude slightly forward. The case is equipped with a plastic panel at the top with buttons, ports, and slots. This top panel is approximately one-third the length of the computer case. The panel is convex, has slightly beveled side edges, rounded front and rear edges, and is rectangular in top view. The panel is equipped with two rectangular sliding buttons and two square buttons with rounded corners, with one button slightly smaller than the other. Sockets and ports are located in a recessed panel. At the bottom of the front of the case, approximately 1/3 of the way up, there is a fan illuminated by LEDs, preferably blue.
