Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa komputera klasy PC. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac obudowy komputera przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych: fig. 1 -obudowe komputera w widoku z przodu; fig. 2 - srodkowy fragment przedniej czesci obudowy w widoku z przodu; fig. 3 – te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z boku; fig. 4 – te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiego boku; fig. 5 – obudowe z wlaczonym zasilaniem w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu; fig. 6 – odmiane obudowy z czerwonymi diodami LED w widoku perspektywicznym; ilustracja zbiorcza przedstawia dwie odmiany obudowy komputera w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Obudowa komputera, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6, ma postac prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, prostokatnych sciankach: bocznych, górnej i spodniej. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i stanowi rame, o nieznacznie scietych krawedziach. Scianki boczne ramy wystaja nieznacznie do przodu, przy czym sa one wyzsze na srodku niz na górze i dole. W ramie z przodu, jest osadzona metalowa kratownica powstala z ukladu heksagonalnych, drobnych otworów. Kratownica ta stanowi elektryczny ekran ochronny, zas jej otwory sluza takze przeplywowi powietrza wentylacyjnego. Na dole przedniej czesci obudowy, do wysokosci okolo 1/3 wysokosci obudowy znajduje sie wentylator podswietlany diodami swiecacymi LED, korzystnie w kolorze niebieskim lub czerwonym. Na srodku przedniej czesci obudowy obydwie krawedzie ramy sa zaopatrzone w wystajace do przodu zgrubienia majace w widoku z boku ksztalt trójkata, przy czym w zgrubieniach tych sa osadzone prostokatne przyciski o wypuklej postaci odpowiadajacej ksztaltowi zgrubien. Pomiedzy zgrubieniami znajduja sie dodatkowe zebra, które utworzone sa z pionowych, równoleglych i odsunietych od siebie plytek z tworzywa sztucznego o ksztalcie trójkata rozwartego z jednym dluzszym bokiem, skierowanym w kierunku dolu obudowy. Zebra te wystaja na zewnatrz i ich krawedzie tworza plaszczyzne znajdujaca sie pod katem w stosunku do plaszczyzny przedniej scianki komputera. Ksztalt zeber odpowiada ksztaltowi zgrubien, przy czym u dolu sa one od zgrubien dluzsze. Wierzcholki zeber znajduja sie na wysokosci wierzcholków zgrubien, przy czym trzynascie wierzcholków srodkowych zeber jest wykonana w kontrastowym kolorze niebieskim lub czerwonym. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wyposazona na górze w poprzeczny panel z portami i gniazdami. Obudowa, panel, przyciski i rama sa wykonane w kolorze ciemnym, korzystnie czarnym Obudowa komputera przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5 ma czerwone wierzcholki zeber oraz jest wyposazona w diody swiecace LED w kolorze czerwonym. The essence of the design is a new form of computer case, manifested in its shape and color. The design is shown in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1 – computer case in a front view; Fig. 2 – middle section of the front part of the case in a front view; Fig. 3 – the same case in a perspective view from the side; Fig. 4 – the same case in a perspective view from the other side; Fig. 5 – case with the power on in a front perspective view; Fig. 6 – case variant with red LEDs in a perspective view; the collective illustration shows two variants of the computer case in a perspective view. List of industrial design variations: 1. first variation - shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5, 2. second variation - shown in Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design: The computer housing, shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, has the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and rectangular side, top, and bottom walls. The front of the housing is made of plastic and forms a frame with slightly beveled edges. The side walls of the frame protrude slightly forward, being higher in the middle than at the top and bottom. A metal grid composed of a pattern of hexagonal, fine holes is embedded in the front frame. This grid serves as an electrical protective screen, and its openings also serve to allow ventilation airflow. At the bottom of the front of the case, approximately one-third of the way up, there's a fan illuminated by LEDs, preferably blue or red. At the center of the front of the case, both edges of the frame are equipped with forward-protruding protrusions that, when viewed from the side, resemble a triangle. These protrusions house rectangular buttons with a convex shape corresponding to the protrusions. Between the protrusions are additional ribs, formed by vertical, parallel, and offset plastic plates shaped like an obtuse triangle with one long side pointing toward the bottom of the case. These ribs protrude outward, their edges forming a plane at an angle to the computer's front panel. The shape of the ribs corresponds to the shape of the ridges, with the ridges being longer at the bottom. The tops of the ribs are at the same height as the tops of the ridges, with the thirteen middle ridges in a contrasting blue or red. The front of the case is equipped with a cross panel at the top with ports and slots. The case, panel, buttons, and frame are finished in a dark color, preferably black. The computer case shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 has red tops of the ribs and is equipped with red LEDs.
